The Cottage is located in the heart of the vineyards of the famous "Picpoul de Pinet" in a natural setting, rich in traditions and near the port of Marseillan (2 minutes), its beautiful beach Le Lido (10 minutes). The town Marseillan is famous for its pretty busy harbor and its numerous restaurants where you can taste the oysters and shells of the Etang de Thau with a small white wine "Piquepoul". Very good holiday! Would like to go again. Scenery is very pleasant. Good things to do around the areas with kids, and good beaches for families! Florence was a wonderful host who was very helpful and kind. The pool was great and the outdoor space around the property was outstanding. Marseillan village is only 5 mins drive away with great restaurants and lots of amenities. Would recomend 10/10!

Hübsches Cottage in gepflegter, ruhiger Ferienanlage, in der man sich gut erholen kann. Besonders hat uns der Garten mit den vielen gemütlichen Plätzen, eindrucksvollen Kunstobjekten und der herrlichen Aussicht gefallen.
Der tolle Plancha Grill lädt zu schönen Grillabenden ein. Zum Gemeinschaftspool war es nur ein kurzer Weg. Unsere Gastgeber Florence und Daniel waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank! Marion H.
Joli cottage dans un complexe de vacances bien entretenu et calme où vous pourrez vous détendre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin avec ses nombreuses places confortables, ses objets d'art impressionnants et sa vue magnifique.
Le superbe barbecue Plancha vous invite à de belles soirées barbecue. La piscine communautaire n'était qu'à une courte distance. Nos hôtes Florence et Daniel étaient très gentils et serviables. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.

Tolle Hütte mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Die Vermieter sind seht freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Hütte ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ist der Hammer, die ruhige Lage lädt zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein und die Nähe zu Marseillan und dem Meer ist natürlich auch toll.

Schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Objekt liegt mitten in den Weinbergen, Abends hört man die Frösche quaken und in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Vom Haus aus, kann man viele verschiedene Strandabschnitte besuchen (Auto erforderlich). Das Haus ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und schön. Auch den Pool haben wir viel genutzt. Da wie unsere Ankunftszeit nicht genau planen konnten, wurde uns der Schlüssel hinterlegt. Was uns eine sehr große Hilfe war. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Domaine calme, piscine appréciable. Pour le cottage : propreté impeccable, équipements complets. Espace vert du jardin bien entretenu. Une superbe terrasse en bois avec un joli mobilier. Pour la voiture : emplacement privé. Je recommande vivement cette location. Florence, la propriétaire, est à votre écoute.

Wundervolle "Auszeit"
Sehr kurzfristig haben wir uns eine Woche "Auszeit" gegönnt und im Cottage von Florence das perfekte Ambiente dazu gefunden - sehr cosy, absolut sauber und sehr kunstvoll eingerichtet, himmlisch bequeme Betten und eine göttliche Ruhe. Die Aussicht auf den Etang und das Meer sind Streicheleinheiten für die Seele. Für uns fühlte es sich wie ein zweiter honeymoon an ;-)

At very short notice we treated ourselves to a week of "time out" and found the perfect ambience in the cottage of Florence - very cosy, absolutely clean and very artfully furnished, heavenly comfortable beds and a divine peace. The views of the Etang and the sea are caresses for the soul. For us it felt like a second honeymoon ;-)

Das Häuschen liegt ca. 5Min (Auto)ausserhalb von Marseillan.
Das Haus hat alles was es braucht.
Die Terrasse und der Garten sind Top. Man hat bis spät am Tag Sonne (Oktober) . Es liegt in einer Ferienanlage mitten in der Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Auch unsere Teenager genossen es. Das WLAN funktionierte und es gab sogar Netflix. Also wir hatten eine super Woche und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Très joli cottage
Le cottage est petit mais bien agencé. Nous étions 3 et c'était très bien. La déco est vraiment très belle. On y voyage rien qu'en contemplant les objets au mur dans la cuisine.
Florence est très sympa et très arrangeante ce qui était très agréable.
La plage, la ville et les cabanes à huîtres sont à 15 minutes du domaine en voiture. C'est très pratique !!

Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 adolescent (15 ans). Le cotage était parfait nous avons eu aucun soucis de place. L’environnement est très apaisant et reposant mais est toutefois à proximité de grande ville comme marseillan ou agde. La propriétaire Florence était très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjours, à refaire.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Florence nous a fait bon accueil et la maison est très agréable, même pour un groupe de 6-7 personnes. L'espace extérieur en particulier nous a beaucoup plu. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances tranquilles près de la mer.

Séjour parfait !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Florence. Le cottage est très confortable, extrêmement bien équipé, la literie est parfaite (je n’ai jamais aussi bien dormi ailleurs que chez moi !)… l’emplacement est parfait : au calme au milieu des vignes, ce que nous cherchions, mais à très bonne distance pour vadrouiller alentours… nous étions 6 et nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus !
La communication avec Florence a été parfaite et elle est extrêmement réactive en cas de besoin. La semaine est passée trop trop vite !!

Agréable, confortable et bien situé
Le cottage est agréablement décoré et confortable. Il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes seulement de Marseillan et de ses commerces ou des premières plages vers Sète.
Nos hôtes ont été accommodants et aimablement réactifs à nos demandes.

Superbe cocon
Ce cottage est extremement bien placé, à l'abris des regards, bien exposé avec une superbe vue.
Il est confortable, bien meublé et superbement décoré, la litterie de tres bonne qualité. Nous avons donc pu nous détendre parfaitement pendant une semaine autant dedans que dehors.
La propriétaire est adorable , je recommande cet endroit et y retournerai avec grand plaisir, c'est un cocon fantastique!

Superbes Vacances
1 semaine passée dans un petit coin de paradis grâce à ce petit cottage au milieu des vignes, doté d’un aménagement très soigné, des équipements de très grande qualité et décoré avec goût. Un intérieur et un extérieur très fonctionnel où rien ne manque. Florence, l’hôte des lieux, accueille ses visiteurs avec beaucoup d’attention et de bienveillance, restant disponible tout au long du séjour avec de petits conseils sur les endroits gustatifs à ne pas manquer autour de la gastronomie occitane. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances exceptionnelle. Encore un grand merci à Florence pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Nous étions 6 pour 3 générations de la même famille, de 3 ans à 68 ans, et le cottage est si bien conçu et fonctionnel qu'a aucun moment nous n'avons eu l'impression de nous marcher sur les pieds
L'équipement est plutôt haut de gamme, que ce soit la literie, la vaisselle, l'électroménager, ou encore la plancha, et ça c'est vraiment appréciable
La déco est faite avec beaucoup de goût que ce soit à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur
Les enfants se sont régalés à la piscine et à la plage qui est très proche
Rajoutez un couple de propriétaires super sympa et forcément nous reviendrons

Un merveilleux havre de paix
Niché au milieu des vignes et non loin des très grandes plages de Marseillan et Sète nous avons passé trois magnifiques semaines dans le cottage de Florence et Daniel.
Aménagé de manière fonctionnelle, décoré avec goût et d'une grande propreté il bénéficie d'un panorama exceptionnel sur l'étang de THAU, tout y est propice à la détente et au farniente .
Nous avons bénéficié d'un ensoleillement maximal pendant ces vacances et arpenté de nombreuses pistes cyclables tout autour du domaine de la Grenatière bref nous revenons à regret dans notre NORD tant aimé.
Nous espérons bien pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.

Après un excellent accueil par Emilie, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ( trop court ! ) dans ce cottage confortable et très bien équipé . A noter ( car c'est rare ) une décoration très soignée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, qui nous a donné des idées de relooking et de voyages ! Bravo à la propriétaire, et grand merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue ! Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement . A faire sans hésiter !

Raffinata casa mobile con vista mare
La casetta, sebbene si tratti di una casa mobile, è arredata con ottimo gusto e nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie per un totale di 7 persone e sebbene non sia di grandi dimensioni ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso e da la sensazione di aria aperta, anche perchè la vista spazia su un bellissimo vigneto e si estende fino alla laguna di Marseillan. Se tornassi in quella zona della Francia, soggiornerei ancora a casa di Florence sia per la tranquillità degli adulti sia per le opportunità per i ragazzi (piscina, campi da gioco, parcogiochi per i più piccoli)
