The property was very well located close to Giardini and Arsanale in a quiet area with few tourists. Also a very short ride away from Lido. The house was clean and comfortable for a short stay, a bit small, but that's to be expected in an old house in Venice. The terrace was small, but so nice to have!
The stove didn't work and so we couldn't make coffee in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. We didn't meet the host, even though the instructions on booking said we would be contacted. It was not a problem, but a bit unpersonal.
