Ottima la posizione per chi vuole defilarsi da San Marco, vicinissimo alla biennale, vicino alla zona di via Garibaldi, vicina la coop e la fermata del traghetto. Bene per pochi giorni, per una permanenza più lunga mancano alcune accortezze
In generale bene, per pochi giorni ok, per più giorni non so, il condizionatore è solo in ingresso, la doccia non si appende, non ci sono armadi chiusi, nessun oggetto di confort (scotex in cucina, una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, l'asciugamano piccolo per il bidè), non c'è l'interruttore per la luce in cima alle scale. Però per pochi giorni è ottimale . Un pò caro

Host molto reattivo e disponibile. La casa era esattamente come mostrata nelle foto, pulita e ben tenuta. Non sono una grande fan del check-in da remoto, ma è stato tutto semplice, veloce e organizzato alla perfezione.
Nulla da segnalare, è stato tutto esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio.

Abbiamo trascorso un’ottima esperienza. I ragazzi sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili: non riuscivo a completare il check-in online, ma mi hanno aiutato in ogni momento con pazienza. L’appartamento era esattamente come mostrato nell’annuncio, pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. Le istruzioni per il check-in erano chiare e facili da seguire. Lo consiglio VIVAMENTE!!!

The location is very practical to go to the Lido and the Biennale (Arsenale and Giardini). The neighbourhood is great and one of the few places where there are not too many tourists.
There are two door locks and the code was not totally correct. It took us a long time to figure out the combination and if you were to arrive late at night the whole thing could be a little stressful.
The place is quite basic and a clearly has not been inhabited for a while. It is all a little soul less, but functional. It does the job.
