The central location was walking distance with parking was great. It was a lovely apartment, clean spacious and well appointed .
The access was a little complex with multiple doors and access codes, exiting the car park was impossible without the fob which meant a lot of going back and forth. The bed was 4’6” so a bit small.

Great location nice inside
Iron wasn’t good and stained clothes, bed was a foldaway and wasn’t the comfiest, everything else though was lovely

The host was friendly, responsive and quick to help whenever we had an issue, which we really appreciated. The apartment was in a good location, with an easy 10–15 minute walk into the centre of York's historic town.
The apartment didn't quite match the photos, and getting in and out with a car was quite inconvenient, especially with the uncovered parking space on the top floor and no lift. We also had ongoing issues with the shower temperature, which was either freezing cold or scalding hot until a plumber was able to attend, and the bed felt more like a sofa bed than a standard bed.
