Great place, great value

Spacious room with all amenities i.e. fridge, microwave, stove etc

I had a bed to sleep in for one night.

TV did not work. Toilet ran incessantly. Gigantic refrigerator ran all night. There was paper or pen. No explanation on the number of cups the coffee bag would make. Microwave popcorn would make an excellent addition to the impulse buy area.

Bad manager action to problem

We had NO hot water thursday morning so cleaned up Cold and visited family. We had NO hot water friday cleaned up cold and went to a wedding somewhat stinky. UGH! Mgr gave us 1 night half price (1/6th of our bill) for our 3 night stay! We were miserable and stinky because of no showers. Not their fault about water, but horrible manager attitude and compensation.

Fantastic value for family. Last minute booking. Everything was great. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. Hot breakfast and a super friendly staff. They brought us extra pillows fast and extremely friendly. Would stay again and will look for this hotel chain in our travels

Was clean and tidy. Slightly outdated and need of paint touch ups. Our room did smell of chlorine all night after swimming so I’m guessing the chemical levels were pretty strong.

Clean, quiet and comfortable ! Easy check in and out.

Would have given a perfect score, however, although this is a smoke free facility, people were smoking in the room down from us. It was reported to the front desk but still continued the following day.

We liked our stay and might stay there again. If we can get a room that will work for us.

The location was fine. We appreciated that we could have are dog with us. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up on the room but he helped us get a room that was satisfactory.

No one at front desk when we arrived. We asked for a room that was handicap accessible. Was not available for us. We did book this room online. Will have to make sure next time one is available. For a new hotel you would think that the toilets would be ADA Compliant.

Pleasant, Clean, Comfortable

I especially liked the full kitchen, full refrigerator w/ice maker, very clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff.

I was disappointed that the room was not refreshed each day - trash emptied, dirty towels picked up and replaced with clean, bed tidied, toiletries checked, etc. We started with 1/2 roll of TP and low box of tissues, and by the third day, we were completely out of TP and tissues. When I called the front desk early in the morning, I was told I could come to the front desk to get more. After expressing my shock, I was then told that they were busy at the front desk and would bring the items up as soon as they could step away. Someone brought the items up about 5 minutes later. If the room had been tidied each day, this wouldn't have happened.

Fantastic stay

I loved how clean it is and the big fridge with ice maker and the services were perfect too and the options to cook your own meals in the kitchenette area in the room was great too not to mention the free coffee that I will be getting this morning before I leave. This will definitely be the place my boyfriend and I stay at from now on when we decide to get a night away from our kids.

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like about this property.
