Front desk people very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent communication when there were a couple of snafus with our Booking.com reservation. Location was excellent for us - a short walk to Stazione Centrale. Very nice basket of rusks, biscuits, crackers, jams, honey, tea and coffee so bfast is served! Excellent pizza (Napiz) right outside the front door, as well as a lovely cafe/bar and a hole-in-the-wall place that serves great spritzes and tagliere. Apartment was very clean, attractive, quiet and Italian stylish. Lovely big park across the street to stroll in. Front desk arranged a taxi to take us to Linate, and one of the staff even waited outside with us to wave in the cab. Really nice people. Highly recommended.
One suggestion - small shelf in the shower to hold soap and shampoo.

Way to find close to stations and trams, nice bar and restaurant outside
Nothing, worked for what we needed

Amazing central location. Walkable from train station and to nice areas like Brera. Not too far from Duomo etc. 30 min walk.
Not much tbh! The beds are a tad uncomfortable and there’s not much natural light that gets into the room but I’ve nothing else to say that I didn’t like!
