It was in a very convenient location, right near a train station and lots of good local cafes and restaurants without being too close to the chaos of tourists and nightlife.
The showerhead could be improved, slightly old and placement was slightly difficult - just needs a little renovation but nothing hard to work around.

Ubicación excelente, a un paso de la estación de tren de Milano Centrale y con muy buenas vistas de la ciudad. Además tiene cerca parada de bus... parque, comercios, etc...
La anfitriona aunque no la vimos en persona, estuvo siempre disponible vía watshap para resolver todas nuestras dudas y un pequeño contratiempo que hubo, lo resolvió en apenas media hora, cosa que es de agradecer.
Se podría mejorar un poco el tema de la limpieza, además de dotar de más variedad el menaje de cocina, así como dejar algún jabón o champú/gel en el baño. Esto lo pongo como crítica constructiva, ya que son pequeños detalles que pueden mejorar notablemente la experiencia, ya que el apartamento tiene potencial.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Mailand. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Bahnhof Repubblica und die Straßenbahn sind schnell erreichbar, sodass man die Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erkunden kann.
Lorenzo war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Er hat uns schnell bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und tolle Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Das Apartment war komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Stunning view in a good location. Metro station around the corner. Beds comfy. Had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay
Shower cubicle could do with being replaced.. doors were not secure on it. But I’m being picky. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication in lead up to stay. Maybe show a photo of the front entrance to the apartment block. We rang the door and it turned out to be the wrong one. It seemed like that happened a lot as the person who answered the door was quick to explain we were at the wrong place!!
