Stayed in a dorm room and it was very clean, great breakfast and restaurant (service is very slow tho), great beach and activities
location, its far from everything, as a solo traveler i felt alone since theres no much solo travelers

The entire facility was excellent / staff were outstanding . We were there for 2 weeks and it felt amazing.
We do realize it was a social hotel but the heavy house music continuously playing did take some getting used to. Do recommend some chill vibe / more local culture music

The place was gorgeous, gave jungle vibes. The rooms were clean. I would only recommend for there to be more group activities but besides from that the money was worth the money!

Decoration is good
The kitchen is pretty small and the fridge was super dirty..
The staff at the front desk and beach club is awful!
At the bar we had to pay way more for our drinks in the menu was a different price, but they add in purpose sodas which they drink in the end! I felt robbed! Also the breakfast is pricy for what you got!! And isnt tasty!!
Europe is way cheaper than this!!
Been there when was NOMADS and the experience was amazing but know as Mayan monkey is not great.. my only night there was very dissatisfied, disappointed.
