Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience with this home. We chose it based on specific bedrooms and bathrooms we wanted including multiple first floor rooms for older family members. We enjoyed the back sitting room most often and used the kitchen a lot especially given the ton of rain we got during our week. But you couldn't beat the location and the peir, it was great! The cable and internet were hit or miss which also only became more important because of the rainy days. Only true complaints might be water pressure, which was nearly non existent and a missing remote the company could not locate.

We loved having morning coffee on the big deck with a perfect view. The young adults loved putting the paddle boards over from the pier. Everyone voted to use this property again. We always enjoy our time on Chincoteague

Location is key and we are able to walk and access everything. Plus SUPER CLEAN!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home. We loved the artwork, the amenities, and the piano... beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Two very minor items - please post the WiFi password and trash pick up day in a prominent location and the charcoal grill was a bit wobbly, it twisted and tipped over as we were moving it, luckily the coals were cold and it was on the driveway and easily cleaned.

We like to find a rental on Piney Island because it is a quiet neighborhood and as close to assateague as you can get.

First time in Chincoteague and loved it. The dock at the house was terrific. We had our crab pots in the whole time. Location was great for riding to Assateague and around town. House was more spacious than pics suggest. Clean and cool!

This property was spacious and VERY clean. We were very comfortable here and spent quite a lot of time watching movies. The bike ride to the wildlife loop beach was short and easy. We went almost everyday. Since we were visiting. During the pandemic, we were only interested in visiting the beach and spending time together away from Pittsburgh after months of quarantine. So this is a great property for getting to beach easily and quickly by bike. The property was great. However, this will be our last SUMMER trip to Chicoteague . This was our 3rd visit and as beautiful as it is, and as lovely as it is to visit the less crowded beach along the wildlife loop, the mosquitoes and biting flies were not worth it. They were absolutely miserable and no bug repellent seemed strong enough, for the flies at least. They swarmed and bit relentlessly. In that regard, this was not a vacation I want to repeat. Just our experience.
