The Unit is facing South, looking on to the Stampede Grounds and Saddledome! This Unit is walking distance to Stampede Grounds, BMO Center, and the LRT station. It is ideal for tourists visiting Calgary's entertainment district and the Stampede! The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the common space has a queen size sofa-bed! There is one full bathroom, with bathtub/shower. The common space is equipped with a dining table that seats 4, and a large kitchen. There is a balcony facing the Stampede grounds. The Beltline in Victoria Park was voted Calgary's best neighborhood in 2018, and has a reputation for being one of Calgary's primary areas for night-life, restaurants, and urban culture.

Property was as listed, clean and stocked with some amenities not listed which was a nice surprise. Ray answered all of our questions and was very responsive. Within walking distance of the Saddledome and restaurants. Would stay here again. Great first experience with VRBO.

The unit itself was as advertised. However, the neighborhood was unsafe in my opinion. There were sirens/emergency vehicles nonstop. We personally saw 2 emergency vehicles picking up people on the corner of the building who appeared to be ODing. We were not comfortable walking around the area.

Great location if you are going to the Stampede or working downtown. Not the safest neighborhood for walking around especially in the evenings. Some excellent restaurants in the Beltline disctrict. Pat and Betty is highly recommended for small plate sharing. The condo was clean but could benefit from a new mattress and a blender and newer towels and linen. The kitchen was well equipped and the Sunterra market is just a block away.

As someone who used to live in the suburbs of Calgary a few years ago, i absolutely loved the location of this condo and feel like I missed out by not living downtown! You can walk EVERYWHERE from here and the train is across the street (you can Uber anywhere from here to anywhere else downtown for around $10, to/from the airport is around $40). The building is very safe. The underground parking was great. The unit itself was lovely, as expected, clean and comfortable. The windows are a little thin even from the 16th floor so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs but it didn’t really bother us too much. And Raymond the property manager was wonderful to deal with as he made it very clear (and easy/stress free) on how to access the unit/parking; we had no issues while there either! I definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and more! It was modern and comfortable in an upscale building FULL of amenities. Being above an H Mart made grocery shopping a breeze and there are other spots for snacks and meals within the same building or within walking distance. Despite the whole weekend being very hot, the apartment was a comfortable temperature the entire time. The host was friendly and responsive and both check in and check out were quick and straight forward. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was perfect for our two day stay in Calgary. Everything was super accessible, and the home had all of our necessities. If we needed anything extra , everything is walking distance :) perfect way to ring in our new year

This has been one of the nicest and cleanest place we have stayed. Eas just like the photo. We didn't use the kitchen but it was fully stocked. So many places to walk to. We had lunch atop Calgary Tower and down the street at St James Iris Pub. Across the street from the BMO convention center made it easy for us to walk to. Only drawback is no dresser in the bedroom.

The location is 1 1/2 block to the entrance of the Stampede, which makes attending so much more pleasure able than fighting the crowds of the trains or traffic. The view from the balcony over the Stampede Park is spectacular, especially for viewing the evening fireworks. While the location is great, the neighborhood does have a larger population of homeless people.

This is a relatively new condo building across from the Stampede Grounds. The apartment was clean, but some stains on the bedroom carpet. There was a shooting outside the parkade in the early hours of the morning, which speaks to the nighttime safety, but it is downtown Calgary. During the day we felt very safe and loved the convenience of the building. Ray was very responsive to our questions.

The property was fine overall for a 2 night stay but the bed is a mattress on slats instead of a solid piece of wood underneath so it makes noise when you move or change sleeping positions. The mattress is comfortable but the pillows could use a refresh. The sofa bed and throw cushions in the living room has seen better days.

We traveled to Calgary for the marathon and specifically wanted to be close to the stampede grounds. This location couldn’t have been better. The unit is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. The pull out couch was very comfortable. I could walk to the Repsol sport centre as well as the shopping centre on Stephenson Ave. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Check in went surprisingly well, people entering the building helped us locate and use the security panel. The Korean chicken restaurant made great food, which due to covid we had to take as takeout. BUT they are so close by, the fries were still crispy when we got to our suite. The elevators are also prompt, which is important on the 16th floor, and when you cannot ride with other groups. The suite is small, of course, which we expected. And done in tile mostly which might not work if you have arthritis in your feet., but the bedroom was cozy carpet. The view was probably terrific but due to foggy rainy weather, we didn't get to enjoy it alot. The thing to be aware of is that there was a large population of distressed individuals populating the streets. My husband has lived in the far north, in a fly in only community with alcohol issues before, but even he remarked on it. For instance, we could not get into the Shoppers Drug mart across the street - that is how high the drug store keeps its security. So we drove to a drug store on the other side of downtown. Overall, a great adventure for those not planning to walk the neighborhood. P.S. The host contact was absolutely amazing! And didn't ask us to do the laundry ect, which we found super laid back, and did appreciate.
