This was a beautiful house in a nice gated neighborhood. It was close to grocery markets and dining options. The house was large and well appointed. Everyone slept comfortably as beds and pillows were comfortable. We had some minor issues with bugs but considering our environment, we knew it was not because the house was not clean but because of the location and being in the desert. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is such a great property! Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and space for everyone - indoors and out.

The house had everything you could ask for. We traveled with a group of four families. There was plenty of space for everyone, yet open concept enough where we could watch the kids play and enjoy the common space. The pool was fantastic and the spa heated up quickly for night use. The owners were extremely responsive, including sending us more paper towels and other items we requested. We spent the whole trip at the property and cooked, and the kitchen had everything we could need. We will be coming back for sure!

This property is fantastic for a large group or multiple families. Space is perfect with lots of areas to hang out and all age groups to be entertained. The property was missing several items and a few things in disrepair, but the hosts were super responsive and very attentive in getting our needs taken care of. This is a must stay at property!

Our stay was incredible! This is the perfect place for a Family retreat.

The Nomad Estate was perfect for our group of 9 golfers, who were making our annual Palm Springs area visit. We have been doing this for 24 years now, and this was one of the nicest properties where we have stayed. It was clean, management was very responsive, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the outdoor area (pool, hot tub, horseshoes, bocce ball, hammocks, fire pit, etc.) was quite nice. We hope to return.

The house was very accommodating for a large group … especially with lots of kids!

Large home accommodated our big family. Everyone was occupied with the pool and games on site. Location great for restaurant and golf options.

Perfect spot for our college reunion group!

The house was perfect for our family of 16. Everyone had privacy with the layout of the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub area was great. The families had fun playing the outdoor games provided. Great time had by all!

Checkin process is very easy. Pool is heated which is a big plus in December. Very clean house. Great for big groups.

Our stay was awesome! Very responsive hosts! The coffee maker wasn't working and they sent a new one to the house! Very impressive!

Property was perfect for our retreat

House is as advertised with lots of room in the well furnished house and it has two separate casitas. The entire family enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen, playing in the clean swimming pool, hanging in the covered and mist sprayed patio. Played horse shoes, ping pong and napped in the hammock.

We had great time. Beautiful place and well kept up. My family had a wonderful time. Susan was also very helpful to us. Thank you Susan for being a wonderful host.

The property was a great size for all 16 of us, from a 12 year old to an 87 year old. Plenty of room for all of us on the large sectional or to eat dinner at the kitchen table. The main suite was very spacious. We enjoyed our family reunion at the Nomad Estate!

This was our yearly family get together, started in 2008. Amazing how well the property is situated. So many things to do on the property.

Amazing property and very nice hosts had everything ready to go

This was a perfect property for a large group with kids. The bunk room and the double queen room were ideal for the kids! I wish there were more inside activities, like an arcade game or a foosball table. But the kids brought their Nintendo switches. The pool was fun but could’ve used more shade umbrellas. There were items missing from the kitchen but host had them delivered within hours of our request. Most responsive host we’ve ever had at a rental property. Definitely will consider this property again in the future.

Loved the house. Worked perfectly for 10 golf buddies. Property management were very professional and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to have some larger pots and pans to accommodate the size groups that stay at this property.

We stayed at the house for our wedding weekend with our entire wedding party and had the most amazing time!! The house is perfect and spacious and the outdoor area and pool is so great! The hosts were so so responsive on logistics and anything that we needed over the weekend! Thank you for such a great spot to host our crew!!

We rented the Nomad Estate for my husband’s 40th birthday with 14 friends and it was INCREDIBLE. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot and everyone had the best week and kept raving about how perfect this house was. Some highlights were: -The lovely pool- awesome “shelf” area and love the hot tub. -The misters on the patio so you can lie out in the heat but keep cool -The built in Bluetooth speakers -The lemon tree hammock area- we had a beautiful yoga session there one day -The bocce court -The outdoor kitchen- the ice machine came in very handy -The pizza oven. This is a must if you’re there with a group as it’s a great team bonding thing to do together! We recommend getting the pre-made dough from Trader Joes -The interior of the house is stylish and comfortable. Love all the seating so large groups can eat together! That primary bedroom closet is really something! The location worked very well and the house felt private from neighbours as the properties and large enough so you don’t feel on top of each other. All communication with Susan was timely and easy. Super helpful host. If I had to make recommendations for improvement, it would be very little things (that did not effect the stay) like including a couple more necessities in the kitchen…. Ex: Tupperware’s, seran wrap/Foil, dish scrubbers…. Little things that. This house will be the perfect spot for your event/getaway and I’m dreaming about coming back. We were so grateful to be able to have made some lifetime memories there. Thank you Susan!

Property manager was amazing. It was great having 2 spaces for meals for 12+ all at the same table. Six adult bedrooms and bathrooms, pool, fire pit, and pizza oven are a bonus. Internet struggles at times but easy to reset. We are keeping this house as an option for future trips to the area.
