Cozy bed and clean beddings, hot water, and the use of fridge outside the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Late evenings outside of hotel are not that safe for tourists. We have got many warnings from locals about thieves, so for best experience stay out of streets at nighttime.

The place is located within walkable distance from Wellawatta beach and station. The space is comfortable, with good eateries access.. They don't have restaurant, but the room was good and the staffs were friendly. The 9 star is just for the lack for restaurant, but if you are person like me who's gonna eat out every meal or. Order in.. This room 10/10..๐ ๐ ๐ Would definitely recommend, and would revisit again. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
The lack of a small cafe or someone cook you basic food... But it's like a home stay.. So totally justifiable..

Closer to the main road and shopping area
You need to climb up to the 2 nd floor. Room is very small and toilet, shower area are very cramped. Not enough space to stand properly
