Need refurbishing

Staffs were friendly.

So many problems happened in the building due bad maintenance.

it is a great location. however the cleanness is not upto standard how this can be improved in the future

it is centralised to move around and a great location

there is cocoroch infected running in the room which is not hygiene. this has to get cleaned asap

Enjoyed stay with a toddler, friendly Staff and amazing restaurant- perfect for a stay in Wellawatte

The location was in central Wellawatte and was fit for purpose, we were there to visit family and it was located at walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and were accustomed to our family and accommodating with a toddler. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and offered a variety of dishes full of flavour. The room was huge and it didn't feel like we were in a hotel at all, equipped with all the necessary facilities- AC/ kettle/great shower/ tv with a range of channels including kids. We were even able to visit their pool, which although was not huge, it was very rarely occupied and only 4 ft so perfect for a swim with our toddler.

From the outside the hotel- it looks run down and even the corridors were not well lit which gave of a very worn old hotel- but the facilities were good, the staff were so friendly and the restaurant was amazing. The restaurant offered a range of foods including western food like noodles etc but these were not that great- the traditional food is well recommended and much nicer. Very little negatives to quote.

breakfast was moderate and the locations was good. it was so easy to access the amenuties. staff are vedry friendly. thed hot water system is not so good in the early morning. bathrooms can be more to be modenised. the lights could be a bit bt=righter/

Location and restaurant.

Cost of meals at restaurant is bit expensive. Not all items are included in the bills. Bathroom and toilet needs facelift.

As stated under 'What we liked'

At a time when Srilanka is facing a crisis in dwindling tourist dollars, we found the facilities and the staff exceptionally courteous and helpful. Though the meals were not upto the usual standard, we understood their sitiation. We would not hesitate to visit the place whenever we go to SL again.

Under the circumstances, we have nothing to complain.

Just ok.

When entering the hotel I feel something like odours smell, the same smell in Room also, At repetition took a long time for check-in, even unload the baggage took a long time and after 3rd request only they have done. Overall for this value is not worth it.
