Amazing place and amazing host. I came here for an exam, it provided both the calm and peace I needed. The owner was always available on the phone to guide. I even bothered her out of the way for basic enquiries and she was kind enough to guide me throughout. The house keeper lady Sharma makes nice breakfast and was always accommodating. Much recommended.
Also a lot of food options nearby, the Havelock city mall is at 3-4 mins walk, which has a food court, grocery store and an IMAX cinema too. The beach is around 10mins ride by tuk tuk. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, which was made 10/10 by the most helping owner.

The location was excellent, and Ms. Sharma was very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, and Ms. Sharma kindly prepared dishes according to my preferences, including a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Her hospitality and attentiveness made my experience even more enjoyable.

Hiranthi, the Host was lovely. Met her once during my stay but I was looked after by Sharma the very kind housekeeper who made great coffee and breakfast. The room was incredibly spacious, very modern and really comfortable. Located very near Havelock City Mall - Reasonable walk or couple of minutes by Tuk. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would love to stay here again.

This thoughtfully designed place had a lovely, homely feel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The owner was super friendly and provided all the info needed before we arrived. The house keeper was also very nice and helpful and offered some delicious food for us.
We are looking forward for our next visit!
