Well located, near the centre of Sutri
The property was smelling of stuffiness, dampness and mold, especially in the entry area. Also in the room, but it got better by leaving the air conditioning on. The room could do with a deep clean. There were spider webs and the shower was not very clean. The white towels were washed, but stained.

Great location on the Via Francigena, free tea and coffee, comfortable room.
Too many messages - after we said we'd arrive around 4pm we received 5 more messages. Bar breakfast - we had the alternate bar, as we were there on Monday. After checking it out the evening before we decided not to bother. A coded box for the key would allow flexibility in arrival time and a breakfast - milk, yoghurt, juice, muesli in a jar - could be left in the fridge.
