Nestled in Lincoln City, this attractive house for $473 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Hubbert Hideaway Want to guarantee plenty of fun for the whole family? Plan a stay at Hubbert Hideaway! This home provides all the beach vacation necessities - an expansive ocean view, a hot tub, and game room and is within walking distance to the beach…and it’s also pet friendly. Everyone will love the ocean views and the easy access to the beach just a half-block away. They’ll also enjoy the beautiful, comfortable great room, with loads of roomy seating, soaring windows, ocean views, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV/DVD. Bright laminate floors run through the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area that seats 12 between the dining room table and the kitchen bar. There’s a master bedroom on the main level, another master bedroom upstairs, and two more bedrooms downstairs for a total of four queen beds and an additional twin over a full bunk bed that sleeps three. But the real prize for the kids? A downstairs game room with a giant sectional couch, a loveseat, and games galore: a pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, and a flat-screen TV! Since you’re in convenient Roads End, shopping, dining, hiking, golf, and the Chinook Winds Casino are five minutes away. But the pull of the beach and the lure of kicking back on the ocean-view deck to watch the sunset may keep you from straying much from this happy hideaway! PROPERTY DETAILS: LOWER LEVEL: Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed Game Room: Sectional couch that comfortably sleeps two adults, Flat Screen TV/DVD, Foosball Table, Shuffle Board, Pool Table, Dart Board Hallway: One Full Bathroom Other: Washer/Dryer SECOND FLOOR MAIN LEVEL: Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed, One Full on Bottom/Twin on Top Bunk Bed, Full Bathroom Hallway: Half Bathroom Hallway Closet: Pack n’ Play Living Room: Flat Screen TV, Gas Fireplace, Kitchen, Dining Room THIRD FLOOR PLUS LOFT: Bedroom 4: One Queen Bed, Full Bathroom (Shower Only) Bedroom Closet: Futon Mattress, Air Mattress PETS: 2 WELL BEHAVED DOGS ALLOWED – Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture and need to be on a leash at all times outside of the house (even for bathroom breaks) unless you’re down on the beach where leashes aren’t required. There is a city leash law in place, the neighborhood deer are daily visitors (we’d hate for them to be scared off or harmed by your pup) and it’s also just a courtesy to the year-round Road’s End residents with dogs. There is a leash by the door that we provide - if it’s not there simply call the property manager and they’ll bring you one. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - BBQ…there is a small kettle charcoal bbq located on the deck (lighter/charcoal is not provided). - There is no ice maker so if you don’t like to refill ice trays it’s best to buy a bag of ice on the way into town. - Kitchen…salt and pepper are provided (if there isn’t any please contact the property manager) but please be sure to bring everything else you’ll need as spices/oil aren’t always on site. Appliances provided: blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric griddle, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker (pods not provided), regular coffee pot, and four-slice toaster. *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this please contact our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

This house had plenty of space, set up really well! Things were maybe a little dated and could use some TLC but definitely did not effect our stay! Our three boys, 18, 17 & 15 could t have been happier about the game room! The mama a baby deers in the back yard every day we’re just a bonus!!! Quick walk to the beach too!

And the front porch light did not work. We found bulbs in the laundry room. But that did not solve the problem. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful views and memories
We rented this place for a family reunion trip and it was perfect. Clean and kitchen is well stocked. The kids loved the game room while the adults hung out on the deck and great room enjoying the ocean views. We would stay here again!

Steep Hill hideaway
One can always do wonders with photos...angles, time of day etc.
The house itself was pretty accurate. The side yard (dog enclosure) could have done with a bit of attention...mowing and trimming very overgrown bushes. A few touch ups outside. Fixtures in need of repair. Overall for being in constant use minor items.

adequate and comfortable. Plenty of living room seating and eating area. Dishwasher had a mind of its own. As well as washer.

House location ideal. Roughly a 5 min walk hill to cross street and then down a packed sanded beach. Really nice since we had 5 various aged young adults. This was a huge factor in renting this house.

We were told check in was at 4. Shortly after we arrived and tried to open the door with the code the cleaning person arrived. I called and they said that they were having a housekeeping issue and that the property would be ready at 6. We left and came back at 6pm and they were still cleaning. We had to wait until 7 for the property to actually be ready. I understand a housekeeping shortage but this was ridiculous. Another thing to note is that the fan in the living room was covered on dust, the game room had cobwebs, the vent for the heater was covered on dust and some of the dishes were dirty.

Perfect Family Get Away
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The decor is lovely, the house was very clean, and the game room was in use by our 3 kids a lot. Plenty of beds and rooms. Our daughter picked the multi-bed room on the main level, but we wished we had chosen that room ourselves. The “master” on the third level has one queen bed, but with the ceilings slanting on either side, it felt slightly cramped and had to be extra careful getting in and out of bed. Other than that, the stay was great!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to keep our group of 10 happy & well fed, and the game room was the perfect space for the teens!! We would definitely stay again!

Pros and Cons
The location and the house were great. The property was not cleaned well. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. They only provided two rolls of paper towels which were gone by the second day of our stay.
We visited Lincoln City on a rare, very hot weekend. This property does not have AC and the house became unbearably hot in the afternoon. Not all the windows have blinds so when the sun hits, it becomes very hot.

One of the reasons we chose this property is because it was pet friendly. Unfortunately, being pet friendly brings its own set of issues. We felt like the furniture needed to be cleaned as well as the carpet. The bathrooms needed some repair. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Everything you will need is there. Extra pillows extra blankets extra towels it was all there. Would love to stay at this location again after some repairs and updates have been done.

Great Experience!
This home was great for our group (7). Most of our time was spent on the patio and the entertainment room. Very clean, easy check-in, and the hot tub was great. I’d highly recommend!

Great space for a large family
We all spent an evening around a big table in the dining room putting together a puzzle. Next Evening we all gathered downstairs to play games and watch movies and play pool. The beds were all so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I would say could be improved was the downstairs kinda had a stinky feet smell when got there.
