The room are spacious and in good location, the staff are very friendly.
The facilities can be improve, the faucet in the bathroom malfunction but thats all, others are working fine

Strategically located at old town, having nearby restaurant and kinta river walk is a plus
Towel provided smells like my safety boot. Ventilation is seriously bad. Curry smells from Thirupathi Vilas is penetrating through our wall. Next door smoking and the smells irritate my wife. Sky shower is dripping whilst I'm on the toilet bowl, kinda annoying. We booked two rooms, both toilet ventilator fan is noisy. Wifi didn't work and cell signal is weak, can hardly do work in the room. I know for the price I've paid, I'm not supposed to complain, but I do hope they can improve these.
