Situated in Long Beach, this attractive house for $1,500 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Endless ocean views, mesmerizing sunsets and romantic evening lights are what some of our guests have commented on after their stay. The property has 6 large bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, two additional guest bathrooms, a billiard room with pool table, two family rooms, formal dining room, three fireplaces, casual breakfast nook overlooking the ocean and reading area, along with a gourmet kitchen that will take your breath away. There is a working elevator that services all three floors and depending on the size of your vehicle, the garage can accommodate up to three to six vehicles. The large home is comfortable and technology advanced to keep you warm at night and cool during the summer months, along with automated lighting and high definition TV’s, stereo/Pandora/Spotify/iTunes in each of the bedrooms and throughout the entire property along with an advanced exterior video security system. Located on the much sought after Boardwalk-Peninsula of Long Beach, direct access to the beach and ½ block to the Bay makes this property equally enjoyable for both adults and small children to safely enjoy bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, gondola rides around Naples Island or just lounging. Beautiful property in a perfect location. Easy to get to many attractions and restaurants. Gondola ride nearby was wonderful. Everyone had their own private bedrooms and en suite facilities.
We were met by the owners son, who is also the manager of the property, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had previously spoken directly to the owner of the property, who we found very friendly, and accommodating for a couple of our special requests.
We would highly recommend this property and would come again ourselves.

We were looking for something big enough to host our family for a few days. We wanted a view (amazing view), we wanted enough space to hang out, play games, watch movies together, be close to restaurants and shops and walk on the beach. We were not disappointed.
The garage is also super large - enough for 3 cars and there are nice activity extras like paddle boards, surfboard, etc. No bikes, but you can rent bikes right around the corner, which we did.
We were greeted and shown the house by the host who was very nice. The house was stocked well with everything we needed.
We also had our 90 year old mother with us, so the elevator was a must and worked great.
If you’re looking for a special house for a special event, this house is definitely that.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful beach house! There were 9 of us (us parents and 7 kids aged 23-16) and we had enough room for all of us. The beach is right outside the door and the house is centrally located and close to restaurants and lots of activity. The owner and property manager were attentive and accommodating to our group. Thank you very much Joe for sharing your amazing place with us. We loved every second of our stay.

We spent the weekend with large family group after trip to Disney. Was great time relaxing in this BIG home - where we all had our own spaces to retreat to when needed. And after lots of eating out, was nice to use the deluxe kitchen, and brand new bbq, for some home cooking.
One note - and this could have been due to tropical storm the week before so hosts could confirm - there was a significant hill of sand quite close to the boardwalk and the surf was strong at the beach directly in front of the house....however, you are a quick walk to the Bay side to enjoy your calmer beach time.

We had a 6 night stay at this super deluxe property in Long Beach. House was beautiful, accurately described in VRBO listing and was clean. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for high end accommodations, plenty of space and proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. Oh, by the way, it has an elevator and is accessible

The home is absolutely spectacular! My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The views are breathtakingly beautiful.
I along with 5 girlfriends stayed at the house to celebrate a BIG birthday. At our age, we're beyond wanting to share rooms, so it was a particular luxury that everyone had their own bed AND bathroom. The place was spotless; close to the Marina and 2nd Street restaurants; and adjacent to the Boardwalk; so GREAT for beachside walks. The evenings got a little chilly, but the excellent heating system warmed the VERY large home nicely. Only downside; wifi and phone service was a little spotty at times, which was still not too much of a problem as one of the ladies was able to login to a work meeting with ease. Would happily return! Thank you for a great time and memorable birthday! My friends said they "felt like royalty."

Our group of 9 extended family members loved this house. First, it was very clean. Despite a lot of surfaces, shelves, etc, there was not a spec of dust. The sofas and recliners were very comfortable and the TVs were high quality. The layout was perfect, achieving a nice spacious but cozy feeling. The kitchen was fully stocked. While some renters might find the mini wall of sand to be a small nuisance, my kids loved it. They played in that sand for hours. We are very grateful for the big shovel in the garage. The beach was so nice and quiet and the views from the house were spectacular.

We selected this amazing house as the location to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday weekend. This three-story mansion was incredibly spacious! The bottom floor with the pool table served as an excellent hangout area for the teens in the family. My sister felt like she was dreaming in her massive master suite with a spectacular view on the third floor. We enjoyed taking the two SUPs out on the calm ocean waters.
Jason checked us in and was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. No one wanted to leave at the end of our magical stay.

The property is in a great location with beautiful views and there was lots of space for our family to spread out. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a bonus. The owners/property manager had great communication and were very responsive but there were also some issues with the property. For a high-end luxury rental, the house needs some work and improvement. The elevator wasn't operational and we had workman in the rental for 2 days during our stay. We would have been in a bind if we had had an elderly or disabled person in our group. To their credit, they did inform me about the elevator the day before I was checking in and helped me carry my groceries and supplies up to the second floor kitchen when I checked in. The kitchen had space and high end appliances but they are not calibrating oven temperatures correctly and need service. Also, the kitchen was missing many amenities. There were only plastic drinking glasses, silverware and dishes were mismatched. There weren't any serving dishes and the pans were old and crusty. If you are planning to do any cooking and entertaining in the house, bring your own stuff. There was enough toilet paper for our stay but we needed to buy paper towels and trash bags. I reached out to the owner at the beginning of our stay for a few issues like getting the oven cleaned (it was so dirty we could not cook in it), to provide a broom and plunger, check the water heater as we were only getting luke warm water and they responded right away and rectified the issues. In order for this to be a 5 star property, they need to clean the carpets and rugs, appoint the kitchen with higher quality amenities and better maintain the house in general. There were lightbulbs out, lamps that didn't work, fans not working correctly in the bedrooms, and the downstairs TV was not hooked up. In general, they need to better maintain and appoint the property to justify the luxury status and price being charged.

Joe and Jason were very accommodating and responsive. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was great, and there is plenty of space to go around. The master bedroom is fantastic and the beds were all very comfortable. The house itself is a little older and had some things here and there that could be updated or fixed, but overall we had a great time.

First the good: The bones of the house and the location of the house are amazing!!! The beds were comfortable and all furniture was in good shape.
The not so good: There was an overall lack of hospitality and sense of abandonment of the house. There were 8 bathrooms - none of which had a hair dryer. One on-suite bathroom did not have a mirror above the sink. For the ladies in our group, these issues were irritating. One bathroom toilet also had the water turned off because of a malfunction, which the cleaning crew should have noticed and had addressed. The owner was very responsive and sent a plumber out immediately, but we shouldn't have had to make the call within the first 30 minutes of arrival.
There is no ice maker so be sure to pick up ice.
Because of the time of year, we needed to use the AC. The AC cycled on and off through the night, causing a huge pull/push of air, causing LOUD sounds throughout the house. Seriously, like a monster crashing through the doors. Given the very public location of the house, these LOUD sounds were completely disruptive to sleep. I'm guessing the HVAC system is out of balance, but I don't know.
Entry/Exit to the house were through the garage, using the garage door openers. We were not given a code or access to use the front door. This meant that early morning runners had to run the garage door in order to enter the house, waking other guests.
There was very little "extras" in the house. Meaning, exactly 2 pilllows per bed, no throw blankets or extra bedding, etc. so hard to make personally comfortable if that bed didn't have exactly the right fit of pillows and warmth.
While some of these may seem petty, they really do impact both the quality of sleep and having guests feel WELCOME. Overall, between what was left behind vs what wasn't, the house did not offer as much hospitality as expected given the extraordinary quality of the house.

Location, location, location! You will love this area! Beautiful beach, lovely boardwalk , clean sand, perfect blue water, quiet neighborhood, friendly people. The beach feels like it is private just for you. The few others you may pass walking the beach are lovely and welcoming. We met many adorable dogs passing by on their daily walks.

Outstanding experience. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Great sunsets , lots of entertaining space, huge kitchen. Check in was so easy. Jason was very communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. We created great memories here. We will be back again.

This house is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed using the paddle boards, sand toys and beach chairs at the lagoon (a block away). Check in and check out was quick and easy. We can’t wait to come back!

Our whole family had the best time. Having 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and eating area was a super size and pool table on the lower floor enabled the grown ups to enjoy time whilst children were in bed. Location to the beach was amazing. Having the paddle boards and Kayak was a huge hit. I highly Recommend this home to make family memories.

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of space for our three families to get together, or sequester downstais in the billiards (pool) room area, upstairs in the common area, or in the master suite which is an apartment unto itself.
All the amenities are there, plenty odf refrigerator space, lot's of cooking and prep space. We had three wanna be Chefs, all getting along in the kitchen with no mishaps or bumps.
There is the ocean right out front and a very short walk the other way is the bay. The ocean was great for the waves and boogie boards while the bay was perfect for SUP riding and enjoying gentle lapping water.
The owners were very helpful and while we didn't need to call them for anything, they gave us the feeling that whatever we needed, they would take care of it.
All in all, we had a great time in a great house.
