With beach access just a few minutes walk away, you can be watching the waves roll in while breathing in the sea air in no time. Peik’s Place is conveniently located just a quick drive away from the casino as well as a variety of shops and restaurants, putting some of the best Lincoln City has to offer within easy reach . Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at anytime. For questions on this please contact our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

This property is very close to the beach access and has a great view from the house. It is an older property but very clean. Great set up for multiple families with children. With garage has enough parking for four vehicles. Large table in dining area big enough for 10 people for meals or playing games. Two living areas with tvs.

This house is great for a group. Our only complaint is some of the furniture was old a should be replaced. The slip covers needed cleaning. The house was clean and the location was great!

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend! It's close to Chinook Winds and the casino has a free shuttle that picked us up and drove us back.
The pictures are accurate and the beds are comfortable. In addition to 4 bedrooms, there are 2 large couches downstairs that were comfortable to sleep on. The water pressure is decent.
The home is very well laid out and well stocked. Parts of the home have been updated (flooring, livingroom area, etc.) but other parts are really dated (cupboards, dining room furniture, etc.) -- although this didn't bother us.
Our group had a wonderful weekend together, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the house. However, only 2 windows/ door contain screens. So bugs and moths got in the house and it became very stuffy (no AC). The garage had a hole in the roof the upstairs shower was leaking into a bucket. The passcode for the door does not work until 5pm sharp. The basement bed frame was not secure and we had to put it together. We did not spend much time in the house. But it did the job.

Well everything was good except for in the kitchen there needs to be some updating with the mixer and the grill was completely buried just could use some updating with pots and pans etc. ;-)

It started off in a bad note when neither the keypad or backup key worked snd we were unable to enter the house. We called the property management team and Jacqueline had someone out within 10 minutes to repair the problem and she followed up later on to make sure we were doing ok. Good customer service!. The house and furnishings were a little “tired” and some minor maintenance should be done, but it was clean and everything worked and each of the three couples had their own full bath in, or adjacent to their bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, the view was good snd the furniture adequate for our group. I would rent it again.
