This is a perfect property for a family stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The home has a great layout. There is a well-maintained basketball court nearby. Also, the Knoll trailhead is just a 5 minute drive from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a great weekend we had at this house. So many activities close by and in the home. Very cute trail to beach close by making it a short and enjoyable walk. Pictures do not do this home justice ! View is much nicer in person. Rented many houses in the area and this is by the best we’ve stayed at. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

I went to this place for a 60th birthday celebration with my spouse and a couple of close friends. This house is ideal for larger groups because it has three levels and three separate bedrooms. The entire bottom floor could be used as a mini apartment for someone as it has both a kitchenette and a bedroom in addition to the game room. One of our party came down with Covid right before we left, and the only way we were able to go was because of how spacious the house was and because of the high ceiling and all the windows in the great room and of course the outdoor deck. It could’nt have been a better place for social distancing. The kitchen was well appointed. There were just a couple of odd things that were missing, like towel rods in the master bathroom, and extra blankets in the master bedroom closet. But we were able to get an extra blanket from a different room that wasn’t being used. The view wasn’t spectacular but it was good. It’s just at the view of the ocean was partially blocked by land and buildings. But you could see the ocean. I would definitely go again.

The view from the decks of the ocean was a lot better than expected. The property is nice, however there were a few details that were lacking. First, the washing machine was broken (they notified us of this a couple days before). Second, the front door locked kind of oddly (you had to lift up on the handle in order to lock it) but there were no instructions - it took us a bit to figure it out. Third, the remote for the TV in the main living area barely worked at all - this might have been a good thing as we didn't watch TV.
Overall, it is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was pretty quiet - no street noise

The kitchen and open dining/living room was perfect for our post-graduation beach celebration. There were some hiccups with wrong Wifi in text and despite them sending a worker out the first evening to try to fix it the correct information ended up being posted on the refrigerator (we discovered this after the worker left). Was also a problem with front door lock which meant one of the group lost 90 minutes of fun on the beach. Not huge problems but reflects an overly large rental company vs private person rental in my opinion

We were delighted to stay here. The impressive online pictures actually don't do it justice. It is spacious, modern, very clean, with all items in working order. We had a wonderful time. There is a 'private' shortcut walkway to the beach not shown Google maps. We also hiked the nearby Knoll/Thumb route (~ 4.5 mi) which offers gorgeous coastal views.

The home was breathtaking! The hot tub was a huge hit with our family. The view from the top floor living room was amazing, a beautiful view of the ocean. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and get ready for a wedding. We will be back!

This is a clean property in a nice, tucked-away neighborhood. There is a short walk down a well-maintained "hidden" path to the nearby beach access. This was our second stay here and it was as nice as the first. Zero regrets booking and will likely be back again.

We loved that the kids could be on the lower level having a ping pong tournament while the adults were on the upper level playing cards or cooking or having a beer on the deck. Sun was out and it was dreamy! Plenty of rooms for everyone to get a good nights sleep on the middle floor and lower level. Super sweet 5 minute walk to beach and easy walk through neighborhood to the meadow at Gods Thumb trailhead. Kitchen is well stocked. I need to note that the kitchen knives were well sharpened which is rare for a rental. We cooked up a storm! Thank you so much for making this house available for a magical weekend!

Really bummed that the advertised hot tub was not available. Also when we arrived the cleaners AND the yard people were still there at 4:30 and were blocking all the parking. Cleaners left quickly but yard people were hanging around with dog and child for another 20 minutes. Other than those things it was a great vacation.

We were so comfortable in this multi-level home. Space for all age groups to spread out! We loved the great room upstairs with high ceilings, a view of the ocean, gas fireplace and open floor plan. Plenty of room for our family of 10 to cook, sit down to dinner and play games.

This was a great house for our group of 7 and only about two blocks walk from a wonderful beach for walking. Great hot tub under cover too. Kitchen could use some additional items but we had all the basics we needed. Would definitely return to this vacation home!

We loved the house and enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. There does need to be some maintenance done on the house. Several of the door knobs didn’t work or fell off as well as several toilet paper holders. It’s small things that need some upkeep but overall the house was very enjoyable and would stay here again.

We stayed in a beautiful home next to the beach and unfortunately had a lot of problems with the home. The house itself is stunning and the beds were comfortable so I’ll give it that.
Now for the not so great.
The hot tub was extremely dirty, the water smelled like pond water and had hair floating in it, there was no slow dissolving chlorine tablets in it to keep it clean that we could find. The front door doesn’t lock properly leaving us with an unlocked home for the entire weekend. We called about this and they said other people had mentioned not being able to lock it and you have to lift the door handle up to lock it...so we successfully locked it once. This should be fixed if other people have complained about the issue with safety. The icemaker doesn’t work. The French doors on the upper level of the home don’t latch and close properly so they were blowing open and closed in the wind and the door handle fell off. Bathroom hardware was falling off of the walls. The Wi-Fi did not work at all for any of the eight people that tried to connect to it. Each time I called to get help from the rental company everyone was nice and helpful but none of the issues were actually fixed. At 8 PM on Friday night a maintenance guy unannounced let himself into the house and scared all of us, and he didn’t even fix anything. He left without saying bye or addressing the issues. To be clear we did not request a maintenance guy to come Friday we asked for someone to come Saturday and have a text or call before arrival. A stranger walking into the home with no heads up was terrifying.
So long story short, we were in an unlocked unsafe house with a disgusting hot tub and no connection to the outside world. Very bummed about how everything turned out in such a nice and expensive to getaway house.
I hate to leave a negative review but this house needs a lot of minor updates and repairs before anyone pays nearly a grand for a weekend.

Family Holiday at the beach
The house was incredible! Truly beautiful! The set up was great for adults to be cooking, relaxing, watching football, and grilling upstairs while the kids were 2 floors below playing ping pong and PlayStation. The house was wonderfully located for walks along the beach and a great hike with the kids that we could walk to straight from the house.
