We celebrated our dad's 90th bday and this was the perfect location to do that. Loved the outside area, was able to have a few fires in the firepit and the kids loved taking the canoe out to do some fishing. Everyone agreed that we should do it again next year.

great property rather expensive so easy access to the lake and shopping hosts were easy to communicate with . Heating prob was fixed immediately. Will rent again .

This was the perfect day for our girls get away! The house was big and stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend! The views were unbelievable! It was close proximity to fun places to go and explore! I would definitely recommend this for any fun weekend with family or friends!

We had 9 people stay and we entertained 19 for dinner and lively conversation. The neighbors are super nice and we shared many stories about their lovely dogs! We had camp fires each night and enjoyed a beautiful weekend.
Kammay, our host, is amazing. She is very communicative and informative. Made our overall experience a joy. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Check-in & out was smooth and easy!

Excellent Location and Home
The house is exactly as described and in pictures. The location is amazing and the home was perfect for our family. Kammy was very easy to work with and generously allowed us a late check out. We will definitely go back when in MN again visiting family.

Basic and comfortable
We filled the house with three generations and it worked perfectly for us. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place, but if you need a basic uncluttered, baby friendly environment with plenty of space , comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, And a view to die for, you have come to the right place. May was very helpful, check in was easy and she was available for all questions. Great location near WayZata. We even used the kayaks to paddle on Gleason Lake.

Nice functional place to stay
We were out and about most of our stay. The view of the lake was outstanding and the home and furnishings were fine (nothing extraordinary but certainly good enough). Owner was extremely responsive with the small questions we had. Nice canoeing on the lake. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and tools. Very convenient to downtown Wayzata and shopping. Easily slept out family of 5 and could have held more.

Gorgeous wooded setting, beautiful lake view and plenty of room, inside & out for our active family.
This house worked out perfectly for our long weekend in Wayzata. We needed a home that would accommodate 3 couples and 4 young children (ages 1 to 8). The three queen size bedrooms and one room with 2 sets of bunks fit the bill, however we did need to bring along a pack and play for the one year old. The living spaces are quite modestly furnished, but it had everything we needed with plenty of room for all. The highlight of this house is the view from the living room. It is breathtaking. The kids had a blast exploring and playing in the outside areas. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only minutes from Wayzata shopping and restaurant district, Lake Minnetonka, the beach and marina. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place on a lake for grandkids. They enjoyed the canoe rides and caught fish from the dock.
May was very gracious and allowed us extra departure time to watch France win the World Cup!

Great location for a fun weekend
Great twin cities location with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Lots of nice features including comfortable beds! Cleanliness was not perfect and the house is not fully furnished (common area upstairs can seat 8, but less seating downstairs with TV). If you plan on cooking you may need to bring some items, although basics were provided.
The best thing this property has going for it are the owners. May is very responsive and worked hard to accomodate any request. She took all feedback seriously and was great to work with!

Nice house on a lake
We stayed here for about a month during a work trip with 5-6 people, the place was more than comfortable with the three bathrooms. May is very responsive and eager to assist in any way possible. The property is quiet and close to (20min) from downtown, there is also great shopping nearby at the Ridgedale mall. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a perfect weekend here. The house was spacious, beds were comfortable, and owners were very responsive. The view of the lake was amazing. I highly recommend renting this house.
