About this apartment rental
Come stay at our beautiful condo, located by the most famous attraction in Puerto Vallarta, "Los Arcos." You won't regret the breathtaking panoramic views and the gorgeous scenery surrounding this beachfront gem. The complex includes a
private beach, 24-hour security, gym for tenants, in-unit washer/dryer, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and a bar by the swimming pool.
Concierge service at additional cost.
The restaurant is open during the following hours: from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., while the bar is open from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. On Wednesday, the restaurant and the bar are closed. If you need towels or a lounge chair, please ask the office staff to provide them. There are two pools - one at the condominium and the second by the bar, beach, and spa. The Pool at the beach is open daily from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. The condominium pool is open all day. We ask our tenants if they are using the Pool late; please respect others. The cleaning crew will come by on Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 P.M. The condo has a barbecue on the balcony if you want to grill up your favorite meal and have dinner on the outdoor patio set. The condo is outfitted with an open-concept kitchen that expands to the living and dining room.

We loved our stay! The huge balcony was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the view-even when a thunderstorm rolled through.The ocean swimming and food at the Beach Club were a plus.Thanks Maria

The place was absolutely wonderful and the location just as we like it, away from all the noise, but close enough to town. The unit was very nice, spacious, and comfortable and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

The condo itself was lovely with an incredible view from the lanai. The pool is shaded for most of the day which was not ideal but the small areas on the beach were nice. At the time that we were there, the property was very quiet with only a few other guests, however I think it could get busy if a few more renters/owners were there at the same time.
This property is remote, and although you can taxi into Roomatico for approx. there is no where to walk to and you are limited to getting taxis if you want to get away from the property.
We were very unhappy with the property management at this condo. We had arranged for airport transportation with their property concierge. Upon arrival, we discovered that our airport transfer had not been set up. Once we arrived at the condo the concierge that hadn’t set up the transfer wanted not the agreed upon rate but a much higher one. After speaking to other renters, we discovered this was a regular practice at these condos.
Another very upsetting event was that the property manager opened and went into our safe deposit box when we were not there. We had an issue in opening the box for the batteries had died. We called in to the property owner to let her know and was told that the property manager would contact us to help open it. When we returned back, we discovered that they had opened the safe when we were out and had left the safe open on a day that the cleaner was supposed to show up, (although the cleaning was also an issue and she didn’t show up although we were charged for 2 cleanings).
We felt very violated for we didn’t know if they had taken any of our cash or had taken information from all of our passports/credit cards etc. When I spoke to the manager, they indicated that we didn’t have anything of value in our safety deposit box? And didn’t seem too concerned with the concierge opening our box while we were not present or leaving everything unlocked for the day.
