The staff were great, really friendly, from the moment we booked, Sayed the manager was in contact to make our journey to the hotel easy. He was so helpful and made our stay extra special amd easy. It felt like home with him and all the lovely staff there . They are so helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the hospitality. The terrace was definitely one of our favourite parts of the hotel — the view was beautiful and it was a great place to relax.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Sayed from reception, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us arrange our balloon flight and made everything very easy for us.
The restaurant also deserves a special mention. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with tasty food and a nice atmosphere. We would also like to thank Mr. Machmud, who was always welcoming, friendly, and happy to have a chat with us. The food was always delicious!
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this place to others. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful experience at Feel Cappadocia Stone House. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I booked the hotel several months in advance, and from the very beginning they were in contact with us and helped organize everything we needed, including the hot air balloon, tours and airport transfers.
The hotel itself is very clean and has a great central location everything you need is just a few steps away. The breakfast area is beautiful, with an amazing view, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hosts were nice and helped us book the balloon flight as well as the tour at a decent price. The room was spacious. Close to the center.
We initially got a room in the basement and after the first night we found a dozen of dead cockroaches around the room. Fortunately there was another free room and we were able to move. The overall cleaniness could be improved as well. The breakfast was mediocre, the bread was sometimes not fresh, but the view on the balcony was very nice. It could have been nice if the TV had an integrated Netflix or other streaming service app as the number or channels for non Turkish speakers was limited.
