About this villa rental
Occupying a large and beautiful South facing conservation lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on this wonderful resort development. Truly one of the best lots available: no rear neighbor but a conservative view! This is a gorgeous home with a lovely peaceful feel to it. High ceilings, accent walls and tasteful furniture are just a few of the things which help to set this home a tier above most of the other houses on the market in this area. Just some of the recent upgrades include granite counters in the kitchen and master bathroom, new and upgraded blinds throughout, French doors from nook to pool deck, recently painted games room with air hockey table and pool table. The master suite is very spacious with, impressive furniture, large closet and a wonderfully renovated bathroom which has double sinks, separate tub and shower, new mirrors, new lighting and that all important door to the pool deck. There is a second master which has its own bathroom and there are two further twin rooms sharing the 3 bathroom. The Kitchen is large and sociable offering breakfast bar, nook, indoor laundry room and every facility needed to satisfy all culinary needs.
Outside there is a large deck (larger than most of the other villas in this community) containing the pool, spa, lanai (for that much needed shade in the summer) and lots of space for sun loungers and play. Windsor Palms is a premier resort located just 7 minutes from Disney. Its facilities include pool, shop, snack bar, tikki bar, games room, movie theatre and soon to be added kiddies pool. 24hr guard gated entrance.

Great stay with my family of four. The villa is in a lovely private and quiet corner of the community, which is itself located super close to Disney and 30 mins from Downtown/Universal. Plus 5 mins from restaurants, supermarkets and coffee house. The villa itself has a great spec, with a lovely pool/hot tub set up. Being at the end of cul de sac the pool and back outside area is not overlooked, with a great view into the forest (including a good selection to wildlife to keep you company). Overall a great stay at Emma’s villa, with good responsive communication before and during our stay. If you are looking for a base to visit the parks and other attractions around Orlando, then this is perfect. Also offering a great down day space to relax by the pool.

Best home rental so far! House was clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet and the pool was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Great stay overall with just a few minor annoyances. Not perfect but worked OK for our family.
Very close to Disney parks but far enough away to give you a break. Property management company was helpful and prompt in responding to our requests.
If you like to have control of the AC temp during your stay you many want to look somewhere else, the thermostat was locked and even the property management company didn't have access to change it for us. We were able to email the owners and set it once and then leave it for the rest of the trip, not ideal but not a deal breaker for us.
You'll only get one roll of TP per bathroom, 2 garbage bags for your entire stay so you may want to bring additional with you - it is very close to a Walmart and Publix so easy to replenish but a little annoying considering the cleaning fees added to the daily fee - seems like they could throw in a few rolls of TP.
The pool and hot tub were in great condition and such a nice perk after a long day at the parks. The air hockey and pool tables were fun, but they are a little worn (eg only one of four cue stick have an actual working tip, we had to level the pool table)

We enjoyed our stay at this house as far as a place to come back to after a long day at the cheer competition or Disney parks. However there were tons of bugs inside and outside of the home. There was a hole in the fencing around the pool where we had wasps coming in constantly, which shortened our time out in the pool. We had red ants coming in the patio door biting us while we were trying to eat and huge spiders that went through the whole house. In addition the TV in the living room was locked so you couldn’t get channels and the air conditioning controls were locked so that there were times during the day when you were freezing and times during the day when it was extremely hot. Both the toilet In the Mickey Mouse bathroom has to be fixed and The switch to the air hockey table is broken So we weren’t able to play air hockey. Finally, there was a terrible sewage smell outside. Outside of having to chase bugs, this home was a pleasant place to stay and relax and enjoy your downtime. Thank you for sharing your home.
