If you enjoy your stay and want to return the following year, you can keep some items in our storage area for your next stay.
You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer too.
The driveway & carport can accommodate 2 cars.
Owner will not be available in person during your stay. He will be available by phone.
*We prefer to rent to a couple at Palmetto Point.
* 55+ Community. One person must be 55 or older.
* You may have 1 guest visit for up to 10 days.
