We want you to verify the rental is for 2 adults only and both guest are non-smokers. Reservations without approval before booking will not be accepted. We list on multiple sites and may have just booked your dates or after discussing the rental, it might not be the best fit for your vacation. IF PAYING BY CHECK, we will offer a discount off quoted rates for 2023 and split payments for 5 or more nights with 50% due at booking and 50% due 45 days prior to stay . We are offering Complimentary Vendor Beach Chair setup with 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella with this rental in 2023 from March 1 - Oct 31 FOR ALL RENTALS PAID BY CHECK. Beach service is not offered outside these dates due to vendor not available but the discount for paying with a check will apply. May 1 - Oct 28 turn day is Saturday. If you need different check in or check out dates please send us a message and we will see if we can work with your dates. This condo is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. Rental may not be given as a gift.
Condo is in a low density 9 unit building Beach front with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 2nd floor unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is parking space for car.
This is a NO SMOKING property. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. Smoking in the apt, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

Major holidays require 6 night minimum

The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t be any more perfect, right on the beach. Watch the sunset each night from the porch. A perfect beach vacation spot!

My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway with a beach view and this property did not disappoint! There are only 9 units in the condo which made us feel like we had a private beach most of the time. The condo was exactly like the pictures. We will be coming back to this unit again for sure.

Location good and view is spectacular. Condo VERY clean. Communication with owner prior to stay was good.
However, we had several issues that were not able to be resolved during our stay. The television in the living room did not work at all therefore we had to watch television in the bedroom. We really did not want to sit in the bedroom at 7 p.m. however this was the only way we could enjoy several football games that we wanted to watch.
The ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be used as it was very noisy and that room gets warm even with AC on.
The balcony door did not lock without much effort on my husband's part. We were on the second floor however there was construction going on around us and I would not have felt safe here alone given the fact that I could not have locked the balcony door myself. The owners are VERY particular, which is fine, however when we contacted them about these issues (they did get right back to us) they were unable to take care of them. They also stated that they were aware of the television and balcony door prior to our stay which was upsetting. We were just given excuses to why they had not been addressed and an "I'm so sorry". Nothing was done to resolve the problems. It doesn't seem that they are local or close enough to address issues when they arise. We felt that given all the rules and the fact that they had us acknowledge these rules several times prior to our stay that we should have been taken care of better when issues were brought to their attention.
