Nantucket Cottages is a quaint, charming community centrally located in Destin. Beach access is a just a 3 minute walk and on site seasonally heated pool is just steps away. This is a 2 unit cottage with separate lock-out floors. Each floor can be rented separately. This listing is for the top floor unit. Beds: 1 Queen Bed, Hall Bunk Beds, 1 Sofa Bed * Sleeps 4-5. We are walking distance to Destin Commons shopping, area restaurants and Henderson State Park. *** 4 NIGHT MINIMUM *** *** Minimum Age 25 *** Confirmed at booking/check-in. *** No pets allowed ***

It was so nice to check into a cozy and clean place after driving all day. Location is perfect. Just what we needed to relax and recharge. We will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Nantucket is an adorable community of colorful houses. It is beautiful and very well kept. Everything is so close! The beach is steps away as is the grocery store, tons of outstanding seafood restaurants, ice cream, etc. The home itself is really cute, new furniture, paint, and decor since the listing pictures. Has everything you need and the property owner is very kind and responsive. Everything was every clean and has towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, lots of pillows and blankets. I would bring your own beach towels. We had plenty of room with our family of 4 and enjoyed the patio. Parents loved it and kids loved it. There is a nice TV in the living room and the bedroom with cable. The beach is so so beautiful with sugar white sand and breath taking water. You can bring your own chairs to the beach but not your own umbrella. Maybe .25 mile walk. The laundry and pool are right next to the home which was very convenient. We went in March and the pool was not heated which was the only bummer. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

This property is perfect for a small family. Our son loved the bunk beds!... The location is perfect as it is walking distance from Bass Pro Shops, waffle house and the beach! The swimming pool was clean and warm. We felt safe at this property.

We stayed here for our wedding week and it did not disappoint. Close beach access very clean and place was perfect for our little one. Julie was awesome and so easy to contact as well! Will stay here again for sure!

Easy check in and checkout. Only a couple of blocks till you get access to the beach. We were upstairs in the cottage so it was beautiful sitting on the balcony having coffee. Everything was perfect for us in this place. Publix supermarket was a couple of miles away. If we had our grandchildren with us I would have brought a baby gate for the stairs. This place was perfect for us.

We were upstairs which I always prefer because the rooms are so spacious with bish ceilings!The children loved the pool. All the other guests were friendly and even the neighborhood, everyone waved and smiled at everyone. Almost like back home. Grocery and restaurants were close by so we didn't spend so much time driving. The beach is so beautiful and the sand is so white. Also close to the boardwalk and crab island . Thank you again we had a blast!!

This property was great. We have 4 women in this one unit. The bathroom and bedroom was more spacious than the pictures looked. The kitchen had everything one would need. The walk to the beach no problem. We felt comfortable leaving our beach chairs and wagon outside. We would definitely stay again.

The actual space we stayed in definitely needed a good deep cleaning- the shower was very moldy and everything just needed a scrub. The unit number could have been communicated more clearly (it was only located on the parking pass emailed to us), as we went to the wrong one and discovered that the entrance codes were the same, which we (and the poor people we unknowingly barged in on) felt a little uneasy about.
