Stayed with a group for a conference. The location was great and easy walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants near by and easy walking to catch some of the sights.

Property was as described and in pictures. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. Common area was great for us to relax in after a long day. There is a parking fee included during booking, but as we did not need it, host was able to refund it back. We were also able to store our luggage at the unit prior to check-in, as well as after check-out as our flight was later that night. We found the host to be very responsive and accomodating. Overall a great stay and will book again.
Things to note, and others have mentioned that this is a heritage house so be prepared for things like: 1) floors will creak, 2) bedroom doors may not latch to close, but there are locks to close, 3) main entrance door lock may need a bit of finessing, 4) stairs lean right, 5) railings/banisters are lower than modern standards. 6) one of the rooms is nested in another

Our family of 8 adults loved this house. It’s an old Victorian lady and there is evidence of her age but also lots of evidence of her elegance. The two bathrooms were workable for us in part because one of them had a separate room for the toilet and another for the shower. The table seated all of us easily. There were plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies and very little asked of us on departure.The one tricky thing was that access to one bedroom was through another bedroom. The location was great. We enjoyed many walks down to the Frontenac hotel area as well as around the park just behind us. We did not have a car so I can’t speak to parking. We also didn’t cook there but there seemed to be a reasonable assortment of cooking supplies.
