The layout is spacious yet provides privacy as multi levels lead you to all areas of the unit. If you like to entertain, you'll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing dining room. And on those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. Upper unit guests agree that the patio area is only to be used as a pass through while the lower unit guests have full usage rights of patio and it's contents.** General Info: Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed. **All reservations are subject to owner approval** Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed. Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage tandem parking - not shared. (see floor plan for measurements) Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided! Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware. You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc. Jacuzzi Tub: The Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom is not operational.

We really appreciated this unit for being so spacious, clean and light-filled. It’s wonderful to be right on the beach, yet in the upstairs unit to have a bit more privacy from the beach. This unit of very spacious and has a lovely kitchen. Thank you to the property managers!

Well-appointed and designed upper floor of a waterfront home. The Pacific is a long way away, but you are right on a pedestrian path and the beach with bonfires at night.
Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Updated and clean with great management company. Only issue was instructions for unit in a binder they provide needs updating for proper check out instructions and trash day.

We loved staying at this property. We enjoyed the beautiful deck with the beach and ocean views. We enjoyed the convenience of the surrounding businesses and beach trails. The master shower is amazing. Due to the heat wave when we stayed there, there were issues with power and wifi and the television stopped working. We let the property manager know and they got us with a functional television within an hour or two. Clearly the managers care about making guests feel comfortable and well cared for - which we did!

We were hoping from the pictures that it was oceanfront, but it’s quite a walk to where the water was. It’s ocean view. Wish we knew about how awful the parking was because we had 2 large SUV’s and it was horrible to park especially the streets were very narrow. Also the hike up each flight of stairs is awful! My grandma was with us on oxygen and there are stairs everywhere all over the house and many flights up to the living area and it was narrow. Also bring your own pilllows. We got very flat pillows and only 2 on the master bedroom. Other than that, it’s pretty clean . I just wouldn’t recommend the stairs w young children and the elderly.

This was our 2nd time renting this property and love it! Great location and very clean with everything we needed.

Would recommend for whole family
We had 7of us. 4 boy 1 girl and my wife and I. Plenty of room for all to sleep and and enjoy family time. Perfect beach for family. Will go back again and will stay there again next year.

2. There was only one beach chair which was ripped. When I inquired about it, I was told to go rent. When traveling with little kids, it felt quite daunting to sort that all out. We have a beach house that we rent as well and we supply our renters with 10 beach chairs, a wagon and beach games. It would have been a nice touch to have some of those amenities.
Overall we had no concerns. The rental agency was prompt in answering any questions, although we had very little need to ask about anything.
We asked to stay late and they allowed us to stay most of the day with no charge. That was a lovely surprise. The agent we talked to was always very kind and friendly.
We would come back again!

Great location, great house and volleyball courts and beach!! Great walking, running, bike riding path!
But a few things need repairing in this house. The 2 pocket doors did not work properly. The wooden bed frames were VERY squeaky, especially in the guest room with the queen bed. Not enough paper towel provided. Also maybe let renters know they need to bring their own shampoo and soap and laundry soap as well.

The property was as big or bigger than expected. It was clean and had towels available for the beach and the bathrooms. The garage was big enough to store 2 cars and a few bikes, scooters, or surfing equipment.
Be aware that a car with a luggage rack will not fit in the garage without taking the luggage rack off. To access the beach, you must walk through the back patio of the lower unit which is also rented out. This is unlikely to be a big deal. The family renting below was very friendly and quiet. It's a short walk to the dolphin and whale tours and the ferry to balboa island. Not as many eating opportunities as I would have liked but there is a bike rental shop less than a block away that was convenient. A decent Thai place is also located around the corner.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed and large enough for several of us to move around. The master bedroom was large and the other two bedrooms worked well for us. This was the first time we have had parking for two vehicles which was a bonus!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed and large enough for several of us to move around. The master bedroom was large and the other two bedrooms worked well for us. This was the first time we have had parking for two vehicles which was a bonus!

The place was unexpectedly spacious and it had a great view of the beach. The hosts were generous and were easy to get in touch with. There were quite a few stairs into the place though, so if you’re planning on staying here pack light or prepare for a good workout. Other that, it was a great experience staying here and I would definitely do it again.

My husband and I took an anniversary trip to the area and came across this property. It was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, spacious and the best views. The enclosed garage was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about street parking and were able to walk everywhere. It is a narrow garage but our Honda pilot fit fine. The master bed was comfortable and master bath had great pressure and never ran out of hot water whether in shower or bath. Jets did not work but still enjoyed bath. We brought our own linens saving some on cleaning fees and the washer and dryer worked great. We were unable to figure out the fireplace so unsure if it is functional or not. We loved all the people watching while sitting on the beachside patio. You can see the most amazing sunsets. The unit is close to the pier, multiple restaurants, bike rentals and whale watching tours. Everything was open for business. The only negative we encountered was when we went out to take a final picture roughly 20 minutes before required checkout, we came back into the house and the cleaning lady had already arrived. We hadn't submitted our check out text so we were startled to find someone in the house and she left apologizing but not saying who she was. The rental agency did respond right away and apologized when we asked them if they sent her. In fact, any questions we had were answered promptly and politely and that is appreciated. We will definitely look this unit up when we come back to the area again and have been recommending it to everyone we know.
