The beautifully refurbished apartment overlooks trellises, trees, and old brickwork from the balcony. Just steps from the movie theater, shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms, this gem provides city living in a gracious setting. The king-sized bed and large, flat screen TV make the bedroom suite a terrific hideaway to come home to. Spend summer evenings on the balcony, overlooking Bistro Laurent, with a glass of that perfect wine you found during your outings. An apartment-style kitchen with smaller dishwasher, refrigerator, and convection oven complete the scene. City Permit #STR19-0249. ***Parking info: there is a small parking lot at the building with no designated parking, as well as a large public lot across the street and street parking. Park Place is perfectly described as a charming rooftop hideaway! It is private yet right next to the square and easy walking to any downtown restaurant or activity. The apartment is spotless! And anything we needed for our stay was thoughtfully included like coffee, creamer, etc. Working with the people at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was delightful! We highly recommend this apartment to others and we will certainly stay here again!

We stayed six nights for some remote work, wine tasting/buying and exploration of Paso. Place was very clean and functional. It had everything - 2 coffee makers, toaster, good sized frig, dishwasher, plates, bowls, coffee cups, etc. You can't' beat the location! Right off the square! Walk to everything! The drawback is you're right in town, therefore you are right above all typical city morning noises - trash trucks, street sweepers, delivery trucks - bright and early - 6:30 - 7:00 AM. We were fine with it since we're early risers. But, if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you.

We loved our stay! Such a convenient location. I was worried about what parking would be like but we never had to fight to find a spot behind the building. It was a little noisy until 11ish, but it didn’t bother us!

Perfect place for two in a great location. The great location comes with a bit of noise but that subsides by 10-10:30. Just FYI there is a Keurig coffee maker that wasn’t in the photos :) being a one coffee drinker couple that was perfect!

My husband and I had a lovely experience! It was close to so many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to the vineyards and highways. It’s a relatively quiet place to stay considering it’s downtown location. The little table on the deck was perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

We loved this place. It sits right off the main square above Bistro Lauren. Super easy access to all the restaurants and stores. The noise was never too bad and it got really quiet around 10:30 - 11:00. We will definitely try to book this again the next time we visit.

Parking in the lot behind the building was great as we didn’t have to mess with the payment system around the park. Bed was great, plenty of towels etc. would stay here again in a second. Excellent property for two.

Great little apartment for 2! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Downtown location is convenient. Everything is within walking distance. Please note, weekend nights may be a bit noisy with the bar next door that features live music. Overall, a perfect place to stay!

Nice small, cozy apartment. Comfortable. Right on the park, so close to the action. A little noisy at night on the weekends. Ear plugs would help. Parking on the street - free at night, have to pay a minimal amount in the day (including weekends). Wonderful place. Will come again !

The downtown apartment was an excellent location to enjoy Paso Robles! Being close to morning coffee, shopping and the many awesome restaurants was just perfect! Also enjoyed our evening stroll around the park. Being in downtown also left us central to all the wineries we visited being no more than 15 minutes from any of them and did we find some great ones! All the amenities of the upstairs apartment were so nice and it was so easy to get back to each day for a rest or more coffee!! Only complaint we had was the downstairs restaurant (which is phenomenal by the way) stores their wine right underneath the bedroom and as they enter to retrieve bottles the door slams on the way in and then about a minute later on the way out which was annoying each night so I would take along a noisemaker to offset the noise downstairs. We had dinner at the restaurant and I almost asked the nice lady if they could install an auto close arm to soften the closing as a simple fix? But I gotta say if we go back we definitely plan to stay here again!!

This is a perfect location to stay and experience downtown restaurants and shops and easy drive to all the wineries! It has all the comfort features and is just the right size for 2!! Only slightly negative comment is if you are a light sleeper bring a noisemaker…the restaurant downstairs has their wine room underneath the bedroom and the door slams every time they enter to grab a bottle of wine so be prepared to hear slamming doors until they close. Otherwise this place is PERFECT!

We really enjoyed our first time in Paso Robles and stay at Park Place. The apartment was clean, cozy and the ideal location with short strolls to some great restaurants and cute shops.
Given that we stayed during the hottest weather we've experienced, the AC kept us nice and cool. We would definitely stay here again.
The only thing that I would warn folks about is if you are an early to bed person or a light sleeper, then be aware that you may be staying up to about mid-night or 1am due to proximity to the bar and park. So bring ear plugs, the walls and windows are not sound proof.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and the little touches were really nice. There were so many great places to eat literally within a block of the apartment. We had a great time at the Tiki Room and definitely recommend it if you like the fruity drinks.

This was a perfect spot for us, right in the middle of Paso Robles; with shops, restaurants and wine tasting locations all within walking distance. This place had all the amenities. There was a French Restaurant right next door, down a flight of stairs. The only thing I would like to recommend is adding a strip of 'Cautionary Tape' to the last step of the stairway to prevent falls. We would stay here again.
