Situated in Vanderbilt Lakes, this lovely house for $302 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This home greets you with double glass doors with floating ocean bubbles! The doors open up to an amazing open floor plan with seating at the kitchen counter for six people and a dining room table with seating for six people as well. You just need to turn your chair to see the large LED TV screen! Sit back in the gorgeous leather couch or comfy over sized side chair and watch the game on cable or a movie on the Blu-Ray DVD Player. Both sets of the sliding glass doors completely slide away into a pocket and open up to the inviting lanai and heated pool. The Pool has a Southern exposure and gets sun all day long so you can float in the pool and catch some rays or sit in the shade of the Lanai and enjoy your favorite beverage and read a book. All three bedrooms have been furnished with your comfort in mind and have luxurious king beds. The master bedroom has a brand new iCloud Temperpedic king bed which will provide a world class sleep experience. The guest bedrooms both have brand new Simmons Beauty Rest king mattresses which will not fail to impress. Plantation shutters have been installed throughout the house and provide total light blocking in the bedrooms to help you recharge for the next days activities. The Master Bath features a double bowl vanity, granite counter tops, double mirrors and a walk in shower. A large walk in closet with mirrored doors is adjacent to the Master Bath. The also newly remodeled guest bath has an over sized vanity and a whirlpool soaking tub. A door to the pool has been added for your easy access to the pool area. The brand new kitchen opens up to the family room with a huge counter height bar with a stunning granite top, stainless steel appliances and all the dishes, cutlery, small appliances (including a Margarita machine) and pots and pans that you will need. For outdoor cooking a new Weber Genesis grill is at the ready for grilling steaks, seafood or a burger for lunch. The laundry room is equipped with a commercial grade washer and dryer by Maytag as well as an iron and ironing board. Five Trek bikes and helmets are available for your use as well as four beach chairs with built in mini coolers. The home is situated 1.3 miles from Barefoot Beach which is one of the best shelling beaches in the U.S. and is 2 miles from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach, ranked one of the ten best beaches in the U.S. Kayak rentals, wave runner rentals, boat rentals and deep sea fishing excursions kick off just minutes away from your door. Coconut Point shopping center and Miromar Outlet Mall are just minutes away. World class restaurants vie with local mom and pop eating establishments for your business; the options are endless. The home is 25 minutes door to door from Southwest Florida International Airport (Ft. Myers). Uber is also at your beck and call for your night out on the town.

We stayed at this property for a month. Absolutely loved it! The home is beautiful, immaculately clean and well maintained. It’s very thoughtfully stocked and we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. It’s also very tastefully done up. In fact, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely it actually is. The outdoor space is gorgeous! The pool is beautiful and heated. Lovely for kids and it has a lot of pool toys. Also a great place to sit and work remotely. The neighborhood is quiet yet very conveniently located. The beach is five minutes away and all stores and conveniences are at your doorstep. Karl and Mimi were very helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. We will surely be coming back to their gorgeous home in the future!!

My family stayed here for almost 3 months and loved every minute of it. Karl is a wonderful host, was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We loved the location. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes drive and beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away. Highly recommend for families with young children as well. The house has child-proof safety features and an optional gate around the pool for extra precaution. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

My family has absolutely loved staying at this property and Karl has been a wonderful host. He has been very responsive each time we needed to reach out and the entire experience from booking to arriving and staying for over a month has been terrific. The house is wonderful and perfectly suited for us and our toddler. We've felt safe and secure and had extra peace of mind with the safety fence around the pool Karl set up for us before we arrived. The house has all the amenities we have needed. The location is terrific - quiet, gated community less than 10 minutes drive to a public beach and a little further to one of the most beautiful nature preserves we've been to. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and ice cream shops 5 minutes away. It's been a wonderful trip for our family.

Thank you Karl and Mimi for sharing your lovely home with us. Our family had a great time. Home was clean, organized, and came with everything we need. It was located 10 minutes from grocery stores and the beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion we would have is provide an option for heating the pool. However, our kids still had a great time in it. Thank you.

This house was amazing - the owners have thought of everything a guest might need. Instructions were clear; the beds were really comfortable; the pool was super fun. I was here with my whole family (in shifts over 2 weeks) and we all had a great time, including my 17-month old granddaughter.The pictures were accurate, but the home in reality was even better than expected. Great location: convenient to beaches & shopping. We hope to return in the future!

First of all we have to thank the owners, Karl Pipkalesjs and his family. We planned this trip at the very last minute and they went above and beyond to make it happen for us! Their home is exactly what they’ve said it is! It is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean!
