Nestled in Vanderbilt Lakes, this attractive house for $236 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is an open concept with stocked kitchen essentials, large island and two separate living spaces which provide ample space for everyone to relax. Watch some tv in the front room attached to the kitchen or move to the back of the house for a quiet place to read a book. The back lanai opens the house to a private backyard oasis with a heated (optional) saltwater pool and spa and provides a quiet place to grill out and eat as a family around the pool. The pool temperature fluctuates through the winter months, but in the summer months it can get all the way to 93 degrees. If you are interested in heating the pool during the winter, please message me. The side lanai has been converted into a beach garage with e-bikes to rent, beach chairs, mats and toys. (Please note that these items do get misplaced or break when we are not there. If you notice they are missing, please contact me.) This beach bungalow is a perfect spot for a vacation since it is only 1.5 miles away from Bonita Beach and Doc’s Restaurant where you can order food and beverages for your picnic at the beach. Rent the e-bikes and you don’t have to worry about getting a parking space! We are located just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Dealnor-Wiggins beaches with easy access to the wide and expansive bike path. Due to the location, you never have to run into traffic on 41. Come and enjoy this perfect location, the sun and the surf!

For us - my partner and I, 3 school-aged children and my retired parents, the large, functional space really felt like a home away from home. We comfortably occupied the large main living room/kitchen area for meals and games or for the quieter nights where the kids were in a smaller living area tucked away with Netflix and early bedtime, the grown ups could be up in the main area without disturbing sleeping kids. The kitchen had plenty of plastic and ceramic dishes/cups, keurig, pans, etc. Bathroom were even stocked with bath towels, shampoo and body wash. Plenty of beach gear to choose from and with the pool mere steps from the lanai, we were all set after a grocery store trip. Even our 12 year old loved the pool and found ways to really enjoy it even if it was on a few strokes to cross it. LOTS of food and play options nearby. We especially loved the Royal Scoop ice cream joint, just block away and walking distance. Great communication with the owner and everything was as stated. The rental was priced right for the season - it’s not a brand new place, but it has everything you need to spread out with a large family! We would absolutely return and rent again. Our only gripe was that we should have flown into fort Myers, not Ft. Lauderdale! Thanks for a wonderful family trip Gina and crew!

The house is excellent! Quite community. Very big for a family of 7 people. The pool is very private. The property is close to the beaches (most of them are free this year), restaurants, and shops. Gina responded very quickly. We want to stay there in the future for a vacation.

The house was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of room, well stocked for everything you may need, and the pool area was fantastic. Gina was very communicative, and I would rent from her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the stay!

Great location. House and pool is very nice. Beach is walkable or by bikes. Great restaurants nearby. Royal scoop ice cream/deli 2 blocks away. Excellent ice cream and sandwiches. Definitely would stay here again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

My mother and I needed a place to stay during our visit to take care of her house which was devastated during Hurricane Ian. The location was just a few blocks away which made it perfect to retreat to for a break. This house would be perfect for a larger group or family as it is very spacious and has many gathering areas, and the pool and hot tub looked very inviting. Gina was the perfect host and very compassionate about our situation. Since we are very familiar with Bonita Springs, I can tell you it is in the perfect location to get to everything Bonita has to offer.. The beaches are a very short distance away, and it was a bonus that Royal Scoop was within walking distance! We treated ourselves to banana splits our last there. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Bonita Springs. Thank you so much Gina for sharing your home and your hospitality!

Very nice place. Very nice furnishings. Pool is great. No cable TV. Cannot walk to the Beach. Some minor maintenance issues should be addressed. Otherwise a great area that is relatively quiet and safe 👍

Our group of 7 had a wonderful time at Gina’s property. The house was perfect in proximity to the beach and restaurants as well as walking distance to amazing ice cream at Royal Scoop. Gina was great about responding quickly to any inquiries we had about the house. The house was very clean and the backyard/pool area was great. The only thing we would add is more beach chairs. Otherwise everything was perfect! :)

My husband and I, our two grown children, their spouses, and my ten month old grandson had a fantastic time. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, with one bedroom to spare. The salt water pool and two screened porches were wonderful. The open kitchen/family area was perfect for large family meals. The home is only a short walk from our favorite ice cream shop, The Royal Scoop and a short drive to Barefoot Beach. It also came with bicycles and water toys. We highly recommend this home to any family or group of friends.

I can not say enough good things about this property! Gina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous stay. When I mentioned we were looking forward to biking around while here she purchased a lock and pump so we would have everything we needed. Gina was incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. The location of this periphery could not be better. Easy bike to the beach and easy walk to many restaurants. The ice cream shop is just down the block. The pool area is so pristine we found ourselves not wanting to leave during the day. I hope to return again to endless summer! It made our girls weekend in Bonita Springs an unforgettable, relaxing and memorable experience!
