Situated in Vanderbilt Lakes, this lovely condo for $135 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. WEST of U.S. 41 and south of Bonita Beach Road in the quiet neighborhood of Vanderbilt Lakes, this beautiful second floor condo is just minutes to the soft white sand and warm turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. One flight of stairs leads to private, quiet and updated single level living. The new custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and sparkling quartz countertops. Enjoy dining in the breakfast nook off the kitchen or at the dining table. A split floor plan offers a separate master bedroom, his and hers walk in closets and an updated ensuite bathroom. Located on the other end of the unit you will find a second bedroom tucked away with access to an updated full bathroom. A comfortable third bedroom Is located off of the living area and shares access to the guest bathroom. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the well sized lanai as you enjoy the tropical vegetation and plan your next day in paradise. Walk to the serene community pool or take a short drive to the world renowned beaches of Bonita Springs, Naples and Fort Myers. Enjoy the proximity to many different restaurants such as The Fish House and Doc's Beach House as well as grocery stores like Publix, Aldi and Wal-Mart. The endless shopping options of Naples and Estero are just a short drive away as are the fine dining restaurants of Naples Fifth Avenue. We where stuck because our condo was not ready for the holiday . Never used VRBO and was a little nerves . The place was super clean and thats number 1 for me . Location a neighborhood where great and host was terrific

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is clean, nicely decorated, and has a well equipped kitchen. Directions on getting into the condo were excellent, as was the response to any questions that we had before and during our stay. The location is great, close to everything. We would definitely recommend this condo, and have already booked our next visit. Joan and Ron

Rob and Chris have a very nice three bedroom two bath condo on the second floor that we enjoyed very much. It is in a gated community and we felt very safe and the people we met there were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. They have a community heated pool and hot tub that looked very nice however we never used it so we can’t really give much of a review on it. Chris was always available by email although we never had any issues. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
