Situated in Narragansett Beach, this attractive house for $625 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The address is 26 St James Rd. Narragansett, RI 02882. 401 741 4424 Call with questions. Joanne Armstrong WALK TO THE BEACH IN A FEW MINUTES. This beach house is a BLOCK FROM SCARBOROUGH BEACH and from the end of the driveway, you can see the beach down the road. You can also see beach from 3rd floor deck. Location is excellent. See map. It is the 7th house from the beach. This house has AIR CONDITIONING 1st floor: Open concept kitchen/family room and 1/2 bath. Kitchen is fully stocked to entertain a large crowd. It has 2 REFRIGERATORS and a center island for more seating. It has a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurik, a 4 bread toaster, blender, lobster pot, spices, etc. Trash bags, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soaps provided. Each bed has pillows, blanket and a comforter. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms ( new flooring 2022) with a shared bath with new tile and vanity (2022) and 1 master bedroom with its own bath with new vanity. Both baths have tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer and iron and iron board, hair dryers. are provided. 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 bath with shower, new vanity and tile in 2022 and open family room in the middle with 2 futons (full size) with cathedral ceilings and skylights. There is a porch with table and 6 chairs off the bedroom and family room as shown in the picture with ocean views down the street. Scarborough Beach has NO CHARGE TO WALK ON. CHECK CALENDAR for availability. Booking 2024 now. In July and Aug we rent only Sat to Sat (except the last week of August) and Labor Day weekend We provide 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cart and toys. The back yard is very private, with a Weber grill with the gas line hooked up to the house , outdoor hot water shower (not enclosed) and patio tables and chairs on a patio. The front of the house has a porch. Sheets and bath towels and beach towels are available for $200. Walk to get ice cream! This home is less than a mile to Aunt Carrie's restaurant and Iggy's Famous Doughboys and Chowder House. The Block Island Ferry in Galilee is just 1.5 miles away. Galilee has many popular restaurants, shops, Salty Brine State beach, which is located at the breach way where you can sit and watch all the fishing boats, ferries and pleasure boats ride by. Narragansett Towers are near by where you can walk the wall and go to the shops and many restaurants. There are playgrounds and tennis courts nearby. Book now to get the week of your choice. Very clean and modern house. Sits a short 5 mins walk from the beach. Excellent views of beach/ocean from a couple of rooms and the 3rd floor deck! All the instructions were provided in email and via notes throughout the house. Made the process very easy.

Great location, close to beach and walking distance to restaurants, lighthouse and icecream. Plenty of room, sleeps 14 but plan on double occupancy for each bed and futon if you have 14 in your group. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra refrigerator came in handy.

It was the perfect spot to relax after touring Newport and Narraganset, and enjoying time on the beach and lots of great restaurants! The house is well suited for small groups - roomy, comfortable, and equipped with everything! Joanne is a gracious host, always available and responding promptly ;-)

Great place. Lots of room to have 12 people spread out. Well located to run to Newport, Watch Hill or anywhere. Quick walk to Scarborough Beach Will return if we go back to RI in the future.

This was a great place to stay, we had a load of fun it was a quick walk to the beach, the house is very spacious with plenty of rooms. My friends and I had a blast and we’ll definitely be booking this house again next year

Our family has rented many beach houses in the past but this house was simply perfect! We luckily had a great week of weather - 90+ degree days and it was a short walk to beautiful Scarborough beach where we enjoyed the ocean and atmosphere. When we weren’t outside; your air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious pantry along with two refrigerators was key and we prepared many meals as well as stored the black sea bass we caught. We also grilled outside after going clamming and enjoyed ourselves at your spacious table on your back deck. The favorite spot in the house was the square gaming table off the kitchen. We used it not only for meals but everyone gathered comfortably to play board games in the evening. The whole house was spacious enough that we weren’t running into each other and the extra living room and deck upstairs was a plus. My adult children have commented multiple times since we have returned home that it was the Best Beach House we ever stayed at! Joanne - Thank you for being available to us for our questions and we look forward to renting from you again.

I don’t think this house and location could be beat. It is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends. There is plenty of space, walkable to the beach and an extremely homey feel. I was instantly relaxed as soon as I opened the door! The landlord takes great care of the property and goes the extra mile to accommodate and make your stay the best it can be. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on a trip to Narragansett!

This house was clean and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Easy walk to the beach and nice neighborhood for walks. Plenty of refrigerator space, nice gas stove and gas grill. Plenty of pillows. Outdoor patio spaces, back yard and 3rd floor with lots of seating. Bright and open on every floor. Highly recommend.

We really liked this house. The layout was perfect for our family of 10. Beautiful Scarborough Beach was a short walk. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because I felt it could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived. And there were a couple things in need of repair. Otherwise....nice rental!!
