Situated in Narragansett Beach, this charming house for $600 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This clean, open, and airy contemporary is set back in the lush park like setting of a lovely neighborhood overlooking the Narragansett Bay. It is a private oasis that comfortably hosts an extended family within minutes of beaches and shopping. Although with all the amenities at the house, its often most fun to just stay home and play. The front welcomes you with wide decks that are the favorite spot for coffee and soaking in the sunrise over the bay. Walking in the main entrance greets you with two story windows with views into the large private yard. Turning into the fully equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets, top of the line appliances and expansive Italian granite counters. This is an open and bright kitchen that attracts sitters and makes the heart of this home a chic and inviting place where everyone will love to spend time. An enormous rec room off the back of the house is where people will often congregate. Vaulted ceilings with walls of glass and an expansive stone fireplace. There is a full size pool table, 86 inch smart LED TV, premium cable channels**, bluray dvd and a PS5 gaming system with 7 games. A long table is perfect to keep a group puzzle going through the trip and a full sized refrigerator in the corner limits your walks to the kitchen. Stepping out the great room sliders provides peeks into the large and private yard with an acre of meticulously landscaped grounds that border open space. The large terrace runs the length of the back and steps into an outdoor living space with fireplace and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Stepping off the terrace reveals the fabulous 14 foot deep swimming pool*. There is a tournament quality ping pong table, a foosball table and another beautiful seating area. Inside and out, this fun and inviting home will comfortably host your family within ten minutes of Narragansett center and fifteen to Newport. We test drive this home often to make the home a great experience for friends and family to share. We feel its an ideal venue to bring family together for a number of days. For those interested, we ask that you only inquire if you understand that this home is meant for families who wish to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. The house is very fortunate to have reasonable neighbors surrounding it and, in fact, they are what make the neighborhood so beautiful and peaceful. We ask all renters to respect the neighbors and understand that the neighborhood is their home. This is not a 'party house' and there are rental rules. So please carefully consider if this quiet property is the right one for your vacation. Thank you for understanding our requirement to only rent to guests that can respect the sanctity of the neighborhood's peace and the fact that the neighbors are not on vacation. Narragansett Ordinance: The town is encouraging families as renters by stipulating that only 3 people can be unrelated to the renter, all other guests must be relatives of the renter. Security note: This property does have security cameras positioned outside the house only, covering the front and the back of house, including where the pool is located. *Pool notes: pool opens 3rd week in May and is cleaned weekly, however it may take 2 cleanings before swimmable. Note: the surface of the pool can collect pollen and debris especially during the spring and may require renters to skim the surface of the pool during their stay. Pool closes last week in September. ** Services supplied by outside companies, such as cable tv, internet, etc., are not guaranteed during any stay as disruptions beyond owner control can occur. Our stay in Narragansett was excellent. The house is spectacular, boasting an enviable layout that allowed our entire family to enjoy spacious accommodations during the days we spent celebrating Thanksgiving. The house is very well-organized and equipped with every detail to ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay. The entire house, including the kitchen and bathrooms, was clean, organized, and generously stocked with sheets, towels, and personal care items. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected issue with the functioning of the kitchen, but it did not prevent us from resolving it and enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner comfortably. Robin was always attentive to our needs and concerns. The house has many provisions to make the stay with dogs very pleasant and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, with spectacular views. We would definitely love to return in any season, but I can assure you that in the summer it must be spectacular as the house has an enviable outdoor pool and recreation area. We stayed here for the last week of summer which included labor day weekend. Our family consisted of mostly adults plus an 11,12 and almost 2 year old. The house is large and spacious. The kitchen was a great gathering spot to cook and chat but the best room by far is the gameroom which faces the pool. It has a wrap around couch, pool table, card table and lots of games plus a playstation 5. The pool was used everday and the kids learned to dive and played paddleball.
We took day trips to The beach and Newport and Adventure land where we drove gokarts. It was a great trip and a great rental! We gave 4 stars because we were disapointed there wasnt a jet tub in the king bedroom bathroom as pictures showed and we had an issue with the key pad check in and a locked linen closet but Robin was able to help us with that. overall it was a wonderful stay and provided our family with lasting memories!

There were many pluses about the property. The grounds are stunning and the home is spacious - providing lots of room for our many grandchildren to spread out. Having sheets and towels and a stocked pantry was an added bonus - something that rentals on Cape Cod often do not offer. Historically, we have been directly on a pond or the ocean - but the location of the house was in close proximity to the water and numerous restaurants. Working with Robin was also a delight. Timely and thoughtful to our questions. Very professional.
There were a few items that could have been improved upon. The starter and two of the burners on the outside grill are broken. The water for the sink next to the grill was not working. Robin has assured me that these items will be repaired. The shower in the cabana house did not work but I now understand that it is more for storage than showers. Since the pool is not heated, the water was frigid, preventing the little ones from using it as much as they would have liked. But nothing you can do about that. I'll place the blame on mother nature for that one.
Notwithstanding the above, my family had a wonderful vacation.

The house was wonderful. It is very clean and well stocked. The pool, outdoor kitchen and grounds gave our family plenty of room to enjoy multiple activities. The large family room allowed all 9 of us to spend time together in one room comfortably watching tv, playing pool and foosball. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own space when needed. We barely left the house all week. Everyone was thrilled.

I picked this house based on the location, in ground pool, allows dogs, and the size of house. the master bath is nicely updated from these pictures! Beds and furniture were fine, except for the leather furniture in the living room was old and uncomfortable. The kitchen is sort of a weird layout but it was stocked with everything you may need. The Wii gaming system was broken which was a bummer since I arrived with 5 kids on a rainy afternoon. When I asked about it the owner said the last renter mentioned it, so I would have appreciated a heads up. The pool and outside are nice. There's a pool house with a bathroom that has so much potential but it was pretty gross inside. The outdoor grill had a ton of build up underneath the grill itself so the flame was so close we ended up searing meat and then putting it on the rack above to not annihilate it. Def could use a deep clean out! We utilized the outdoor fireplace which was great. This place is super cool in many ways. extremely private and quiet only they are renovating the house directly next door so we did have the sound of construction going on but then I felt less bad if my dogs were barking and/or my kids were making noise. The family room is far from the bedrooms which I found annoying at first but it was nice for when kids went to sleep, or when they woke up early they could play in there. When we arrived the washer and dryer were packed to capacity which owner did warn me about bc dryer takes so long.

This property was perfect for our group. Everyone had space to themselves and plenty of space to be together. Lovely space to relax inside and outside. A space for everyone.

We stayed for a cousins get together and had a great time. Kitchen was a great place to chat, or the rec room. Pool was very clean. About a 15-20 minute drive to Newport, easy to get an Uber.

My family and my parents came for a short getaway to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We had a wonderful time and were grateful for all the property had to offer as we ended up going during the air quality alert so most of our time was spent indoors. Would definitely recommend.

Our family stayed in this home during our wedding weekend. They enjoyed it so much so that after the first day, they were already talking about renting it again in the future for a family vacation! This was our first destination Christmas and this house did not disappoint. There were 10 of us, family and friends and there was plenty of room in the dining room for Christmas dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can think of. We packed more than we needed! The rec room is large and comfortable, with plenty to do. The pool table was a huge hit!
We lost power the second night due to a nasty storm that rolled in. I reached out to Robin and and she was quick to respond with anything we needed.
The beds are quite high, but comfortable and there are a few steps up and down throughout the house, in and out of the rooms. Although my husband's mother uses a walker, she did well getting around the house. Probably got much needed exercise at the house, more than she does at home which is a good thing! The house is large enough that there were sleeping options in different areas of the home. My mother in law slept in the rec room as it was closest to the downstairs bathroom. Something to keep in mind if traveling with an elder.
We are looking forward to making this a new Christmas tradition for our family/friends.

House was great but dishwasher was full of dishes. Several light bulbs were burnt out. One of the restrooms had no working lights. The garage was filled with debris from the trees.
Overall a nice visit but would have been more enjoyable if the issued I mentioned didn’t exist.

Stayed at this property for a family wedding. My family and two pups were so comfortable - the house had everything you could need (and more!) the backyard pool/kitchen area is so relaxing and quiet. highly highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

We had a great stay in this house. It was a very spacious house, very comfortable for our family vacation. The outdoor space was particularly satisfying! It was in a great location, easy access to whatever we needed but in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was excellent, and the entire process was easy.

Spent a beautiful week lounging in the sun and floating in the pool after our daughter’s wedding in Narragansett. There were several generations staying and the house was large and we all were able to have our own space and some privacy. With that being said this house is NOT for the elderly. My 98 year old mother-in-law was left with us and it was not easy for her to get around. There are many small steps throughout the first floor which made it impossible to use use a walker. The mattresses on the beds are also too high. Lucky for us there is a pull-out sofa in the recreation room. We did not rent this house with her in mind so this is in no way a criticism of the house.
The pool and grounds were well kept and we were happy that we were able to take before wedding photographs in the back yard. We were a bit dismayed when one of the wedding party stepped in dog poo from a previous renter but that was quickly remedied.
The front deck was glorious in the morning while we sipped our coffee. And the pool area was used all day long and into the evening. The kitchen is well prepared for cooking. We were very happy with the collection plastic wear that we used for every meal since we ate all our meals outside. We had an outdoor fire every evening in the beautiful fireplace.
Robin was very responsive when we noticed a problem with the pool pump. We noticed the pump was not working properly one evening and the pool people were out the next morning to replace it!
We would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful spacious house for our family. Just about everything supplied that you would have at home. Pool was great! We were in our bathing suits 90% of the time. Awesome yard for kids to play in. Private beach close by for shells and exploring. Great communication with owner. Lost use of pool for 1 day because cleaners had to shock it and the oven was not working so the meals we prepared at home had to be changed to smaller pans and cooked in the convection oven which was a new experience for us. - We enjoyed our stay and wanted to book for 2023 - by the time we checked for dates the summer was already booked up. 😢 Definitely a great vacation house!

My family of four generations thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! There are so many amenities within this home that it truly meets the needs of all ages. Our host, Robin, was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner (thank you, Robin!).
Outside, the pool was a family favorite and must-have feature when searching for the perfect place to stay. The outdoor stone fireplace and grill were wonderful to not only cook for everyone, but to also make s'mores in the evening. Outdoor dining was enjoyed at the large table on the patio. The backyard also had ample room for yard games.
The rec room was an amazing place to gather in the mornings and evenings. Whether playing a game of pool, Guitar Hero, watching a movie, reading a book or simply taking a quick nap, this room was our go-to location while inside.
The kitchen included everything that we needed to cook for the whole family, eliminating our need to use paper goods that we brought with us. We so appreciated that the home provided all of the basics, including garbage bags, dishwasher and washing machine pods, paper towels and toilet paper.
There are a variety of sleeping options, including an air mattress, which was great for the little kids.
The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, making for a very private vacation. At the same time, everything you'd want to do when venturing off of the property is only a short drive away.
Overall, this home included everything to not only make our stay comfortable, but to serve as the perfect location for a full week of memory-making.

This was a great property with 10 people, 6 adults and 4 boys ranging in age 8-14, and one dog. The pool was an awesome plus with a large back yard for games and running off energy. The kitchen was a bustling place of gathering of family and food. This was an unforgettable time to reconnect with family and create new memories.

We were so excited to have our get together with our friends and family (7 of us) to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding. We had a great time, but have say it wasn’t the cleanest. There was dog hair all over the floor and furniture and dust bunnies in the corners. I also need to comment that this house is a smart house. So when we turned the thermostat down, it would be reset to a higher temperature. We put it down to 72 degrees for nighttime and we woke up sweating and noticed it has been reset to 80 degrees! So besides the cleanliness and battle with the thermostat, it was ok.

House is super spacious and very accurate to the way it is presented in the listing. We had two families of four (my family and my brothers family). Our youngest brother and parents also came along. We never felt on top of each other and had plenty of room. The backyard is excellent. We cooked out in a very nice outdoor kitchen nearly everything while the kids enjoyed the pool. Backyard is super private. Couldn't even see a neighbors home. Capped every evening off with a small fire in the fireplace outside. Very relaxing. Neighborhood is very nice and super quiet, especially at night but that was ok with us as with kids and long days at the beach then swimming pool we were ready for bed before 10pm anyways. Awesome family spot, highly recommend.

We had a lovely family vacation in late May/Early June. The house was great. Unfortunately the pool hadn't been opened when we arrived and was too cold to use. The kithcen was well stocked with supplies, but they weren't organized making things hard to find. Everything else was great!

Robin was wonderful to work with. From booking the home to our last day, she was there for everything that we needed. The home was very nice and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was full of everything you could need during your stay.

I think that they should have some better lighting in the kitchen area, as it was a little too dark. It was very hard to tell what light switches went to what lights. The Master bedroom was very cool and spacious. In the other rooms were very hot and could not regulate the air conditioning in them. As for the outside, they do need to clean up the yard a little. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to details as their fingers prints on the glass table in the livingroom and there were cobwebs in the lights and cormers of the rooms and the bathroom down stairs. They should have some shades or curtains on the bank of glass doors. I think that they need to add direction on how to use the TV's in there welcome package.
Overall, the home was great for our wfamily and would consider them again in the future.

We had a great time renting this VRBO with our family. One thing we didn’t realize was how much is already provided! We really only needed to bring clothes and food. Would certainly recommend it to any large groups looking to stay down in the Narragansett area!

Awesome house!
My family had the pleasure of staying in this house for Christmas. Ages ranged from 97 to 6. There was plenty of room and plenty to do. The very-well stocked kitchen allowed for us to cook Christmas breakfast and dinner for 18 family members. The dining area allowed for us all to eat sitting down as well. The kids (and adults) loved playing with the Nintendo Wii, the pool table and Foosball table. We had big plans for the pool and outdoor kitchen, but the snow, rain and cold weather prevented us from enjoying. Our Yellow Lab took advantage of the spacious and fenced in back yard as well. Overall, our stay in Robin's house allowed us to enjoy a white Christmas together and make some wonderful memories. Highly recommend!
