Our beach week was so wonderful at this home. So great, that our three year old cried leaving “our beach house.” The hosts were responsive and kind and the house was perfectly located and comfortable.

We found the property to be perfect for us. We enjoyed the outside tv/lounge for watching baseball and grilling dinner. The A/C units were great and really allowed you to tailor each room to the need. Great house!!!

This was a weekend away 15 yr reunion of 10 girlfriends that was a long time coming and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! The house was very clean cozy and comfy for all of us and the kitchen was great for cooking. The table was large enough for us all to sit around and catch up. The beach was minutes away walking and we enjoyed a lot of time there as well as walking around the beautiful neighborhood where your house is. I would highly recommend this property for families and friends any time. It’s a fantastic place to make memories!

We could not check in due to the dirty/moldy conditions of the home. One member of our group is recovering from a bone marrow transplant, has no immune system and cannot be around germs or mold. We mentioned this to Tim the property manager weeks ago and asked to bring in our cleaners and he reassured us that hime would be cleaned prior to our arrival. Upon arrival and seeing the filth, Tim did not offer to send his cleaners out and said he was sorry but could not give us our money back even when we told him we had to check out and find accommodations last minute as our family from Virginia was arriving shortly. After some back and forth, he did give us half of our money back. It was a very stressful time and after hours of searching, the fabulous place we did end up finding cost twice as much. Not great on the Christmas budget. Tim was not quick to respond, especially if it was in response to negative conversations.

Nice location and accommodating home. WiFi connection was very poor - had to use my hot spot to get on line. Only two rolls of toilet paper and no extra paper towels. Had to but my own.

Thank you for having us at your beautiful home. There was more than enough room for everyone to be together along with ample space to find a quiet spot if one needed. Both sunrise and sunset were simply spectacular and the stars at night were breathtaking. So happy we were able to share these priceless moments with my family. Thank you Tim for your quick responses and thoughtful replies. Forever grateful.

This was a great property for adults and kids. Our extended family loved the accommodations. The weather was great so the garage and backyard was a plus. Tim was super communicative. Walking distance to the water and lots of stores around.

We stayed at Bonnet Shores for the weekend. It is very clean and comfortable. Charming! It rained one whole day so we had to put the heat on for a bit, but is was no problem. We were able to relax and spend some quality time together as friends. Convenient location as well. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Bonnet Shores house was great for our annual family weekend. Bedroom layout worked great for families with kids and adults without. Outdoor garage converted to lounge area was superb. Walk to the beach was easy. Tim was very accommodating and answered our requests right away. all in all, I would recommend this place for family get togethers.

Just returned home from our week at Bonnet shores. the house was plenty big enough for 8 adults and 3 small children…the 5 min walk to Kelly Beach was perfect for frequent trips back to the house for snacks and children’s naps. The backyard bungalow was a great place to hang out at night to keep the house quiet for the sleeping babies..and Bonnet Point sunsets were absolute icing on the cake! thank you. Tim for sharing your beautiful piece of the world with us…we hope to return again !

This rental was just what we were looking for! We had so much space for our family of 8. We brought our crib and set it up in its own room for our daughter- so nice for her to have her own space. There are air conditioners in each room allowing you to be cool and comfortable. We ran them often to keep the house from getting damp, after all you’re right near the beach! We spent a lot of time in the garage outside that was made into a little hangout. Tv, hanging lights, separate fridge- loved it! Beach was a short walk but we typically did drop off with all of our things since we had the kids. Beach was clean and spacious. Would definitely rent this property again!

The ten of us were very comfortable in the house and the grandchildren had plenty of outdoor space to play. The outdoor club room was excellent for my husband to watch the ball game and late night shows. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Because of the coronavirus we had to eat at home all the time so I wish that all the dishes were microwave and dishwasher proof instead of us having to do dishes after every meal. The linens were all clean but the window sills were thick with dust, we opened the windows for the fresh sea breeze and wound up cleaning the blinds and windowsills ourselves.

We just came home from a delightful vacation at Bonnet Shores! This house is absolutely beautiful, and the gorgeous details are not even represented in these pictures. There are more than enough bedrooms to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed, and from the bright seating area you can see the ocean. The garage has been converted into a living space with couches and a tv, which my kids loved. Just a short walk to a pristine and beautiful beach, with perfect waves for the kids to boogie board. We hope to return again soon!
