Beautiful home! The area was perfect for what we were wanting. Enjoyed the location, and the view.
Everything was super clean, well lit, and decorated nicely! The bed in our large room was outstandingly comfortable! The mattress and sheets/blankets were perfection! The little things the hostess added like earplugs, make-up removal wipes, water bottles and coffee were thoughtful.
Sarina is so friendly and very knowledgeable! She can direct you and help you with your locations, the best places to see/eat and she is just fun to talk with.
There were other guests we would see here and there, but for the most part, we enjoyed our room and the grounds.
Parking was always a problem for us, unless it was later at night. TO BE FAIR this was a very busy weekend in Newport and especially in this area. There was a boat race and a boat show - bringing people in on land and water, as well as OCS Naval graduation. These events brought MANY visitors - so I do not think that is the “ norm” for this B&B. We just had to park farther away than we wanted, but obviously made it work.

Sarina is wonderful! She gave excellent recommendations and the breakfast and snacks were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The house is lovely and in an excellent location. It is a very short walk to everything, but still a street or two from all the hustle and bustle. It is quiet at night.
The ONLY, and I do mean only thing we didn't like was the mirror in the bathroom. It was a little difficult to get ready in the morning.
