The location was amazing, everything was around the corner. Very clean, breakfast was good, lots of fruit.
The room was not comfortable. The sofa was very worn off, uncomfortable to sleep, no one can sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. We did not have an option.

Really nice old building, right in downtown Newport, next to the historic district. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea are served every day
Being in a ground floor room facing the street it was slightly noisy at night
