The property was well kept and the room was comfortable. The property is located close to Thames St and the harbor.
We were placed in room 13 which was three flights up and no assistance with luggage. Also, after settling in I text the Innkeeper and asked for one extra pillow and ice and after a curt response I was told that they don’t have extra pillows and the ice machine was on the first floor.

The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating. The staff who made the breakfasts did an outstanding job -it was very delicious.
Room #2 was too small for 2 people and 2 Labrador Retrievers. There wasn't enough room to set up 2 dog crates. We had to place 1 of the crates in the bathroom. In order to watch the TV, you had to sit in the bed. The room was so small that there was only one chair in the room. There weren't enough plugs in the room.
