Lisa and syder, the girl in the cafe were so great! So helpful and personable!

The breakfast was wonderful. Each morning a different delicious breakfast sandwich and fresh fruit.

I don’t think anything could have been done better!

Excellent location, great facilities and a reasonable price!

Excellent location, awesome breakfast, wonderful shower, beds are comfy and pet facilities were great. We had king bed with one chair in room. Shower was huge, very clean, very modern! Super cute dog wallpaper with a side view of a garden. Great price for pet friendly hotel/BnB in this area. Super easy walk down the hill to marina, shops and restaurants. There is a very nice area in the basement for breakfast with individual tables and chairs (dogs not allowed). However, if you are looking for "standard" BnB amenities such as living room or social area, owner greeting at check in with orientation and parking spot at the BnB, just be aware this location is a little different as there is a small reception room with two chairs and it does have a coffee machine. There is parking; but not at the BnB. Have to say none of this was an issue with us....we are ok with not having a community living room, management does send a text/email with lock box information so you self check in and parking was about a block away and has security cameras.

Not a spot to unload luggage without double parking.

We had a wonderful stay and trip.

It was wonderful to find a place we could comfortably travel with our dog. The room was really nice. The location was excellent.

Perfect Trip with Our Pups

Great location with spacious rooms and BEYOND clean.

Central AC so couldn't control temperature ourselves. We were either cold or hot overnight.

Only issue were the stairs for my 13-year old dog. She's tough with stairs but not your fault!

Overall a great experience. Looking forward to staying again.

The location was absolutely perfect to access all that downtown Newport has to offer. The room was large and comfortable as well as clean. The staff accommodated an early check in and our stay included delicious breakfast sandwiches, coffee and hash-browns each morning. The included parking one block away was so helpful with checking in and out without hassle. We look forward to staying again.

Our room was I believe the only one without a fridge. I’m the future I would book a different room to accommodate our need for storing leftovers and drinks.

Best stay ever!

The most adorable property ever. We loved all of the dog details and the rooms were soooo spacious. The bathroom was a surprise too as it was very large, especially the shower! The RUFFdeck was so nice and being minutes walking distance from downtown was amazing.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Acadia. the room was comfort and clean, the breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect, and they went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

it was absolutely gorgeous, just what we were looking for. Our room had a view of the water, the bed was comfortable, walking distance to everything, and loved seeing all the cute dogs. breakfast was good, in a cute little dining area in the basement, and the women serving were awesome!

we had nothing to complain about. we Will absolutely return.

Great place to stay if you are bringing a furry friend

Paws on Pelham was so accommodating to my dog Archie! The location was just a few blocks from downtown, very easy walk. it was great because once my pup needed a break it was a short walk back to the hotel. There was a nice mini fridge in the room that stored a decent amount of things. very spacious room. Lisa and James were super friendly and nice!

The walls are paper thin, you could hear everything above you.

Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered. Friendly, able to answer questions or make recommendations, and thorough especially Serena. With regards to the property, we stayed in Rm 1, it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I appreciate that it was also eco-friendly through the use of refillable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel rather than individual small bottles. Also, appreciated the porch and lobby being clean and clear of clutter. The availability of the umbrellas and towels came in handy too. Breakfast was delicious! it’s nice having a hearty warm meal before starting your day.

My only recommendations would be; (not deal breakers by the way) - a firmer pillow option (pillows provided were very soft) - a small garbage can for the living room in Rm 1 - a diffuser option for the blow dryer for your curly haired customers

Everything about this hotel is brilliant. And the Serenity Inn across the street for breakfast and those not travelling with four legged friends is also amazing. All the photos you see online are 100% accurate.

Weekend Getaway

Thank you so much for such a great stay in Newport. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Breakfast was above the norm. Not too often do you see a B&B totally catering to your best friend 'the dog' 😉

Next time, I'd request a room on the top floor. Whoever was above me was not tippy toeing. No fault of Paws on Pelham.
