Requested a particular room but didn’t get it. It’s our 3rd time here but it’s the Folk Festival weekend so it’s all understandable.
The formerly Surf Club restaurant that used to be nice is not nice at all anymore.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with such genuine hospitality.
The room itself was comfortable, although the furniture felt a bit dated. The main downside was that our room, like some others, faced the street and the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. It was very noisy until late at night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
