the bathroom was not big enough!
our view was dreadful--- opened the curtains and our view was another roof top with equipment.
at breakfast the other 5 meals were delivered and mine was forgotten and by the time I got my meal, the others were long finished.

Great location and many aspects of the remodel were very nice.
We had a wedding block and several guests had a terrible time with the air conditioning in their rooms. The weather was warm, but a hotel of this nature and cost should have an air conditioning system that works flawlessly. One of the elevators was not in service… my first room had a portable air conditioning system installed in the room, which kept us up all night. We were able to move to another room, but I was shocked that the staff would put a parent of the bride in a room with a portable air conditioner! Moving to another room was not what I wanted to be doing on the morning of such a significant day in our lives.

Marina Ambrose at the front desk is a gem. She was unfailingly helpful.
The room AC was very noisy and interfered with sleep. The chairs in the breakfast room were vey uncomfortable. It was like pulling teeth to get heavy cream. The room cleaners had NO English
