Walking into the living room with a full bath and private bedroom, you will see the spiral staircase up to the third floor loft with your full kitchen. There you will find the main bedroom. This space is full of character In the summer, your in a great part of town to walk everywhere and not have to deal with traffic. 100 Feet from Thames St, your are in the heart of it all! But with your own parking space, its easy to drive to the mansions and get back into your room without having to look for spaces. Traffic on Thames can take a while during the busy hours so if your in a rush, plan for driving in the mornings. We like to give guests their space, and we are always available to guests if they need anything. Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your stay with codes to doors and parking instructions. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay! 10 Fair St Inn is located just one block from all harbor front events, dining and shopping in Newport Rhode Island. Local amenities such as restaurants, shops, clubs, banks, coffee shops and parks with playgrounds and hiking trails are all available within walking distance. All guests will have access to the property and your unit with their own key code and our smart locks. The house is easily accessed 24 hours a day. There is 1 parking spot per Unit at the designated parking spot in our lot.

Great location! Unit was clean and looked like a relatively recent update. Kitchen area was larger than anticipated and parking was easy. Only minor challenge was the stairs as this was a 2nd and 3rd floor unit. If you don’t have mobility issues this place is great.

We traveled to Newport, RI for the weekend to site see and this location and property was perfect! It was wonderfully located and in such beautiful condition. You must be able to naviage stairs, but the 2 different living areas was really nice for us since we were 2 couples traveling together. We would stay here again!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. Check in process was done entirely on line which was preferable for me as was check out. The location couldn’t be better; Thames Street is about 75 feet from front door. I can’t think of anything that I would improve. Everything was ideal. 1000% would return.
