Austin House is perfectly located for easy walking around Newport - just walk down the street to the Wharfs and an easy walk to the Cliff Walk and Easton Beach, also close to the Tennis Hall of Fame. And the breakfasts Robert prepared were fabulous! We would definitely stay here again
