Relax in our Beach Front condo on 11th floor, Tower 4 overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Tiger Tail Beach, and a picturesque, peaceful thirty-one acre shore-bird nature preserve off to one side. Enjoy Beautiful sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and watch the waves from your 25' balcony, Master Bedroom and Living room every night. This Pristine Condo at the South Seas is the only gated community with beach and boat access, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping. Accommodations include Private HI Speed Fiber Optic WI-FI, King-size bed in Master with a 32' wall mounted High Definition flat screen TV. Second Bedroom has Twin beds in private second bedroom suite with 32' wall mounted flat screen TV. Living room has queen sized sleeper sofa New 65' wall mounted High Definition flat screen Smart TV and tiled floors throughout (NO CARPET). Kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar, 3 bar stools, SS Appliances, Many cooking utensils and complete furnishings including Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, blender. crock pot, mixer and both bathrooms include Hair Dryers along with 1 curling iron. We include 6 Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, several Beach Coolers, Umbrella's and Beach Buggy to cart these items to the Pool or Beach. Enjoy the amenities including heated pool, tennis courts, Pickle Ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Great exercise room, under cover parking and laundry facilities. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee. Enjoy the many nearby activities including fishing, shelling, golfing, shopping, Scuba diving, snorkeling, para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, everglade tours, golf, Scooter and bicycle rental on Island. Naples Zoo, Dinner theaters, casual and fine dining overlooking the water. This is by far one of the best condos on Marco Island we have stayed at, and we have stayed all over the island. Ron is a wonderful host and has the condo fully stocked with anything you may need. So many great amenities for the beach and condo. He has thought of everything. The view from the condo is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week of relaxation.

It had a great view, was super clean, and very well stocked with anything you would need. The pool was perfect temperature and grounds very well kept. The beach and sunsets were beautiful! The owner, Ron, was very attentive and prompt in answering any questions we had. I highly recommend!

When looking for a place to stay in Marco Island, this owner had all 5 star reviews. At first we thought it was “too good to be true.” But now having completed our vacation there we can affirm that it was all true! The condo was excellent in every way, the owner thinks of everything you might need for the beach but would not be able to bring with you on a plane and he provides it, and he was always available to answer any questions and respond to any needs. It was a wonderful vacation experience!

This condo is beautiful, modern and is furnished by the owner with EVERYTHING you could ever need. He stocked towels, beach towels, beach gear, fishing poles, umbrellas, and paper goods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper goods, soap and like I said everything you could ever need. He was amazing to work with and immediately responded to any and all questions from the day we booked. I highly recommend this condo and the owner. Thanks again, Ron for everything! We will be back!

My family (including a toddler and a 6 year old) stayed for 12 days in Ron’s condo. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed (including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, etc). Ron made the check-in/check-out process easy and was a fantastic communicator. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Views of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Lots of birds to see if you are into birdwatching! The beach (about a 10-15 minute walk for us) was the absolute highlight for us. The sand and ocean were pristine. We enjoyed hunting for shells and looking at baby clams in the sand and swimming in the beautiful ocean (warm, clear, no waves). We swam with the local wild dolphins every morning and evening (they would come relatively close to the shore!) - a truly amazing experience!!! We highly recommend Ron’s condo!

Ron was great to rent from - he was very concerned if everything was ok and if not wanted to know what was wrong. We had no issues with anything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view of Tigertail Lagoon and Beach allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without leaving. We watched Swallowtail Kites, Ospreys and more fly below us and observed the herons and egrets fishing in the lagoon. The condo had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and umbrella as we spent most of our time on the beach. Check in and out was easy, laundry facility was convenient. Communication with the owner was also easy and immediate. Definitely a return visit in order!

We’ve been coming to Marco for 37 years! My Grandparents were one of the few to purchase on the island and we absolutely love it here still to this day!! It’s definitely our happy place :) After my grandparents both passed away we were trying desperately hard to find a place to stay and after staying in the same building for so many years it was so hard to look elsewhere, we searched vrbo and our second place we contacted was Ron’s condo at South Seas! From the moment I messaged Ron about our needs he was so sweet to work with!! So thankful we booked this place and once we arrived we were beyond grateful for everything!! When we got to the island check in and picking up the keys was fast, easy and smooth. Ron provided great detail, maps and even local places on the island he loved! We got up to the condo and it was just amazing! It was clean and tidy, the room had all the amenities you could think of and it was organized so it was easy to find things. When we say this condo has everything you need we mean that!!! Ron went above and behind with supplying us with everything we need from laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, coolers, cooking supplies, spices and even beach supplies!! Ron was incredibly nice and made us feel comfortable with staying in a new place, he was always easy to contact and if we needed something he didn’t hesitate to help us out. He truly made us feel like family and I’m so grateful!! The pool was amazing and the access to the beach was very convenient. We visit Macro a lot and we won’t have to worry about staying anywhere else! This place is truly amazing and Ron made it even better! You should definitely book here if your looking for a great place to stay with the service you deserve because you won’t regret it!!!

Ron’s place is in a great location, excellent views, and very spacious! A great place to relax or take tours and lots of restaurants nearby. A short walk to a beautiful beach with lots of sea shells, warm water, and a great beach to walk on.

Fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories and plenty of towels/bedding. Exceptionally clean condo. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to stretch out and relax! Updated decor and furnishings. We had the best time at this condo. Everyone we encountered was super nice. The condo was just big enough for my husband and I and our wandering 1 year old. The view was beautiful and that beach was one of the prettiest ive seen in the US so far. We absolutely loved being there

This was our first condo rental in about 16 years and it was wonderful! Ron is a great host—very impressed with his communication from booking throughout stay. Not only was it clear and made the the process easy, but it was also genuine. The view of the gulf from the condo, esp, of the sunset, was stunning. The walk around the lagoon to Tigertail Beach was not an issue for us, and in fact I walked the beach every morning and Tigertail was my favorite. Would absolutely book again and have already referred to friends/family/coworkers.

Marco Island Christmas vacation
This place is perfect! Ron has gone to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, etc. You can really just bring your clothes, hit the local grocery store, and enjoy. The condo was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and there are plenty of linens. The building location is fantastic. It has the best views of any of the buildings on the property. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing! Its a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it's well worth it. The are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores all located within a mile or 2 of the building so its very convenient. Ron is a wonderful host as he checks in a few times just to make sure everything is perfect. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful views at South Seas
We stayed at Ron’s two bedroom condo at South Seas over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed the beautiful sunset views, clean property with 2nd bedroom with separate twin beds for our daughters, and walking access to the beach which is rare at Marco. It is a healthy walk to get to the beach, but with little kids was much better than packing up the car and driving - which we did for other stays at Marco. Ron was extremely helpful and communicative before our stay and checked in the appropriate amount during our week. He cares about his property in paradise and it shows. We were very grateful to rent from him and look forward to our next stay!

My family stayed in the 4th unit, 11th floor. The unit was very clean with all the amenities to enjoy the beach. Our balcony view was towards Tigertail beach. While that view wasn't as nice as looking at the beach (we knew that ahead of time and was ok with it), the sunsets from there were great. Ron did a great job of accommodating us. We would go back there again.
