This property will take your breath away from the moment you walk in the door. We promise not to clutter your world with dusty fake plastic flowers but rather give you the rare gift of simplicity and luxe. — We are *direct* full facing oceanfront with floor to ceiling sweeping panoramic Ocean views from both the great room AND the master bedroom! — Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' — Everything is brand new. Your very first impression will be that you have stepped aboard a luxury ocean liner as the floor to ceiling water views will command your attention drawing you immediately to the balcony! — Once you have taken a moment to soak in your views, You will be treated to a full gourmet kitchen complete with every culinary detail and delicious thick slabs of natural stone. — Living areas are bathed in luxurious leather seating and a 55' wall mounted flat screen high definition TV. — The master bedroom has a king sized high end top of the line orthopedic mattress and personal sitting area to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the majestic sunrise at daybreak. There is a 50' wall mounted flat screen for master bedroom viewing pleasure and walk in closet and dressing area designed by California closets. The spa like master bath offers a large walk in shower complete with in shower seating. — Next find your way to the 'surprise' in the 2nd bedroom! Our surprise for you will delight everyone of all ages! Your 2nd bedroom has two full size FLOA TING beds!! and 42" flat screen wall mounted TV. (2nd bedroom sleeps 4). There is a full guest bathroom accessible from both the main living areas and 2nd bedroom. — Japanese Shoji doors illuminate a soft glow at night in the hallway.. —— Daytona is only about 5 minutes away but you escape the crowds and congestion etc. There are fabulous farmers markets in the town square that have wonderful fresh produce this time of year and we usually stock up on oranges and grapefruit and make fresh juice using the juicer (in the kitchen island drawer). There is a new Publix grocery store within walking distance and also a small homemade doughnut shop that makes the BEST doughnuts! - but you have to get there early for a good selection as the locals grab them up 😉! There are also numerous nationally recognized Art festivals that are so fun to stroll through.. St. Augustine is only about 35-40 minutes away, Kennedy Space center is a great excursion, and Orlando/ Disney etc is about 60 minutes. It is very popular with many of our couples or families make day trips to the Disney/Universal theme parks and then come home to sleep with the waves and enjoy the beach in between a day trip. It is a wonderful option because you can enjoy the parks and the beach during the same week! Our beach and large oceanfront salt water pool is a magnificent private beach accessed only through our building. We are 100% non smoking and no pet property. (We love pets but are unable to accommodate them at this property). There is so much more this property offers such as washer and dryer, all linens and towels, free wifi, etc etc! We had an epic time and wouldn’t change a thing about our stay!!! We really did meet an octopus!!! The artwork and decor in this condo is magical. Our host went above and beyond, was very helpful, responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We loved the balcony, especially the breathtaking view of the Ocean. We will definitely be back!!!!

We were only able to stay at this beautiful condo for 1 night but we will be back! As much as the ocean view was unobstructed and wonderful, the interior of the unit was almost more amazing. We loved every room and every piece of furniture. Soothing lighting, modern design while at the same time a little touch of artsy. We loved the swivel accent chairs in the living room that enabled us to be chatting one moment and gazing at the ocean the next. Bravo!

The beach and condo are both beautiful and quiet. The outdoor pool is refreshing and we had it to ourselves.

Condo had everything and more. Top of the line appliances, living room and bedroom furniture and all furniture very nice. Right on the beach, balcony spacious with nice furniture also. First place i have ever stayed when you needed something, it had it. Host wonderful😊

Great property! Susan was amazing. Very communicative and provided lots of great local restaurant suggestions. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. My son loved the octopus room! It rained during most of our stay, but we still had a wonderful time. Great location being centrally located between Flagler and Daytona Beaches.

We had an incredible time at this beautifully decorated home away from home. The views were incredible and Susan was extremely helpful. All her suggestions for restaurants and things to see in the area were excellent. We would love to come back.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. The condo has a wonderful view and is beautifully decorated. The beach was spotless (no sargassum in this part of Florida!) .
As everyone else says, Susan is an excellent owner. Extremely responsive and with lots of suggestions regarding places to eat. She was really a pleasure to deal with.

The property was beautiful and well stocked. It was centrally located to many shops and dining. Susan was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. My family had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

We were coming from out of state for the 4 day Rockville Festival in Daytona Beach. We were looking for places to stay in Daytona and just couldn’t find what we were looking for. So we extended our search outside of Daytona. That’s when we found this listing in Ormond Beach. I can’t say enough how pleased we were with our stay! Susan was so wonderful! We talked on the phone prior to our trip. She answered all of questions, gave a thorough overview of the check in process, gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The condo totally exceeded our expectations! All three beds were so comfortable! It had every amenity. The stunning view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! We highly, highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

There's no buying dish soap, paper towels, TP, Windex, laundry soap, all those little things you need, but only use for a week and end up throwing away. Many of the other reviews sum it up nicely. I don't think the pool is salt water, a resident told me this, and it is not heated.
The area around the condo building is not commercial. Across the street is a church and a neighborhood. Most everything is Mom & Pop owned, no large chains, with the exception of a Publix and a Dollar Store. The beach is clean and quiet, and not many people.

There has been a lot of updating. However, the sheets, towels and bed covers were old and need replacing. Guest room bedcover had holes in it as well as no storage.

I have never experienced a property owner as attentive, kind, thorough, and detail oriented as Susan. She made me feel like family!!

From the moment we booked this property until we left, everything was beyond our expectations. Susan is a gem and her property was amazing! We came to have quiet family time to ring in the new year after a very stressful year and I think the waves healed us. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Everything is even better than the photos and the beach provided an amazing daily experience. I can’t thank you enough Susan for providing your property and responding to every single question. We hope to be back in 2023. It was everything we were looking for and more. The master bedroom alone will make you never want to return home - we had the BEST TIME!
