About this apartment rental
Beautiful, new condominium in Union Creek at Copper Mountain, Colorado (construction finished December 2008). Five star amenities include nine-foot ceilings, in-floor radiant heat, warm & inviting 3-sided gas fireplace, full slab granite countertops, and gourmet stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit for convenience. This unit is on the ground floor with an exterior entrance and only a one minute walk to the Union Creek lifts - you can't get much closer. The expansive back patio is covered and includes a stainless steel gas grill. The community 10-person hot tub is less than 30 feet from the back patio and includes a heated changing area, which is perfect for relaxing after a long-day of skiing, biking, or hiking.
There are two flat-screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A DVD player is connected to the living room TV. Free high speed internet is provided via a secured wireless network inside the condo. Our condo is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS.

Rob was a gracious host and very responsive. Location next to West Village is super close and easy to access mountain. Will be happy to stay again!

Our family had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean, full stocked and really close to the ski lifts on Copper Mountain. Can’t recommend this property enough if you are looking for convenience and a host with excellent communication and preparation.
