Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light abound throughout 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making the villa feel very clean and airy. Free parking is included for one car. As you gather with your companions in the spacious living room, open the French doors to let the refreshing ocean breeze in - you'll love the way this property's indoor living spaces seamlessly blend with the outdoors. After a memorable day in the sand and surf, come home to prepare tapas and cocktails in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary cooking appliances. Later, step outside to the private balcony, where you can admire picturesque views of the golf course. You may even spot a few iguanas and other wildlife while taking in the scenery! We loved the property and owner. Marisol was excellent with her communications and instructions as well as some nearby places to check out. The condo is exactly as pictured and more. It is a cozy, wonderful condition and beautiful views. The condo is nicely stocked and decorated and very clean. It is in a great location with two pools to use and beach access.

My wife and I have stayed at other homes in the past, however this property was the best by far!!! There was everything that we needed in the house. The host had everything labelled so we never had to search for anything we needed. The views were awesome and the entrance to the front door was great with parking a few steps from the front door. Modern kitchen was great! This villa is on the top on our list to return to!!

This was a nice little bungalow inside the Wyndham property. The couch folds out into a bed, so that was nice to spread us out more. Owner is very responsive and check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

Two aunts (70s) and two cousins (30+) had an extended weekend at the villa. It was perfect. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect - everything was labeled which made for easy cooking in the morning. Beach chairs and towels were available for our use as well.
The pool and hot tub (open til 10pm) within 2 mins walking distance made for a perfect evening relaxation routine.
The balcony was delightful for morning cafecito y pan sobao.
The washer/dryer made it great for us to return home with clean clothes.
Our hostess answered any last minute questions we had and was prompt with responding.

Fantastic property and well maintained. Exactly as advertised. Perfect location for beach, Luquillo, Farjado and El Yunque. Great food and drinks nearby. On property there is the Tiki Hut and 5 o'clock Somewhere. Rico Pan is outstanding for breakfast. Bungalow Rooftop provides a view of the mountains with excellent food. Boardrider's in Luquillo has good food and view. Marisol was an outstanding host. Would stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Our family had a great time here enjoying the pools, the access to a beautiful beach near Luquillo. It was so nice to have a cooler and towels to take down to the beach. The AC worked really well as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing "Mom's trip", this villa was perfect for us. There were 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer was really handy. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishware. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely be returning!

We had a great stay despite dealing with hurricane Fiona the last few days of our week stay. We lost electricity and water due to the hurricane. The cleaning lady (did not get her name) was very helpful after the storm had passed. She showed us how to get to the water cistern so we could flush the toilets and bathe.
Place is beautiful and in a safe gated area. Met some very friendly people working the gates. Very close to El Yunque and Kioskos de Luquillo. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores near by.
Absolutely loved the pool that is near the condo and the beach was also very nice. Will definitely consider booking this place again if we come back to this area.

Beautiful, peaceful area, found just as pictured with a classic, clean Spanish vibe. The doors open to the patio for beautiful long mornings with coffee overlooking the golf course, ponds, and the hotel at the beach.
Many family members stayed at Wyndham hotel, and neighboring properties, and this was clearly the gem of them all. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment including blender: ). Really helpful there were beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler available for use. Lovely bathrooms, master bedroom, spare room with bunks if you have kids. Grocery store is 10 mins away, (has liquor) Airport was about 35 mins.
We rented a golf cart to get to beach - it's a paved roadway walk to the beach, bordering the golf course - doable. Also a free parking and pool at the beach if you want to take a rental car there instead. Condo has great security.
Small casino in the hotel at the beach, and a lobby bar. Very "meh" DJ and cocktails. Not missing anything at the hotel. Our family had rooms that were overwhelmingly mold-scented at the hotel. Food at hotel restaurants - two out of 5 stars. So, more fun to go out to the roadside spots, even the Kioskos at very near Luquillo beach for more authentic food and drinks.
We loved this rental, thank you so much again to the owner, and we hope to visit again.

Just what we were looking for when we were in the area for hiking. The host was very quick to respond with great recommendations. The kids loved the loft and we enjoyed the pool and beach after a long day of hiking.

Nice Place!
Very nice place with excellent proximity to El Yunque, the Luquillo kiosks, beaches and more. The owner and property managers were awesome and extremely helpful. It’s a cute little condo with a great view in a quiet and well kept area. The pool and beach are great. Check in was super easy! The loft and bunk beds are fun for kids and the outside patio was wonderful.
Would note: the location does not have an oven and you will need a car to get anywhere on-site or beyond.
Overall this is a nice property and is centrally located to a long list of wonderful spots in PR!

Very comfortable and quiet Villa
The place is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. You will need a car to go anywhere. There is nothing within walking distance except the pools and the beach which is beautiful and not very busy.
We arrived at night and had a hard time finding the place, the directions didn't make much sense, but we were helped very quickly. Plan ahead what you want to do or visit, there is not much information in the house to give suggestions.
If you want to be quiet and relax (that was our plan) this is the place to do it.

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I went with our daughter for 25th Anniversary celebration. Excellent location, clean, comfortable, excellent communication with Marisol. She even brought us red roses and a bottle of wine for our Anniversary celebration. We spent one of the most beautiful weekend celebration!!! We are planning to return for our next weekend getaway. They had everything a person would need. Super nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The view is amazing and pool super close. I would recommend it to anyone!
