Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience! Open floor plan with great layout for family to all be in an area to visit, play games or watch TV. Nice to have a main site on the first floor for our parents to use without having to climb stairs. Also liked having another suite upstairs. The child’s playroom upstairs also served as a private “bedroom” for 2 of our guests.

There is no privacy and our neighbors were up partying very loudly all hours of the night the entire time we were there.

Absolutely loved staying here… it was for all of us to have such a beautiful place to stay for a girls weekend! Not to far from deadwood which made it even better. We were able to check in an hour early which made things go much smoother. The best part was sitting in the living room, next to the fire with our coffee and the big windows watching the snow come down. Will definitely book again!

Location was convenient and quiet until the weekend arrived and then it was quite busy as would be expected especially on a holiday weekend.

The house itself is nice and set up perfect for 2 couples with 2 master bedroom suites. It's very clean and having use of the 3-car garage is a plus. As some have noted the exterior picture was taken before the neighborhood was built up, and there is little to no privacy outside. The surrounding houses appear to be short term rentals, and while we were there the houses were rented but it was very quiet at night. As others have noted, the downstairs bedroom really needs a new mattress. The upstairs bedroom is very dark, with only a dim ceiling light. We enjoyed our stay, the location to surrounding attractions is good, and I'd consider staying there again if in the area.

Overall it was a pleasant place. When we booked in February the pictures were a little misleading in regards to neighbors and privacy. The ariel view photos of the house showed no neighbors, when we arrived there were neighbors less than 50 feet away. Lots of new construction. We were expecting more seclusion. The hand soap and dish soap were extremely watered down. We ran out of grabage bags and had to had the cleaning lady who was cleaning the next door house for some extras. A grocery bag was left by some previous tennents (thought it was full of other grocery sacks) but upon further inspection it had used packages of trail meals that you add hot water too that left behind maggots. Management was alerted but didnt believe me they were actually maggots. I quickly cleaned up the mess. The can opener was broken and my hubby had to fix it so we could use it. He also had to fix the door going into the garage due to the handle falling off everytime you opened the door. Ice machine in fridge doesnt work. Takes a while for the water to get hot for showers and dishes but its an on demand hot water heater so all 7 seven of us could shower one right after the other and never run out of hot water. With the neighbors being so close a privacy fence between the 2 would be a great touch for enjoying the patio and hot tub. Overall great place to stay just needs a few small tweaks. Kids loved the pools at the community building. LOTS of construction going on all around.

Great house & area- There were several irritating issues that would be easy,considerate fixes…We had to figure out the correct password for the internet,not enough mugs, no bowels, need new matching fluffy towels, starter shower soap,correct cone coffee filters, could not open front door,horrible lighting in bedrooms & baths,no tv in primary br…All simple to add for a more comfy stay! We will look for a different house in the neighborhood next year because of all these little things. We did enjoy our stay in spite of the issues!

Location was great.Now the but and I hate this part.... *the house is very dark. We had to use our phones at night to see into the closets. *The home is now surrounded by other homes including directly out the back patio door with less than 50 feet between patio and the side of the other house. If you are looking for privacy, you won't get it here. Also the outside table only seats 4 but there are chairs for more people.*The Wifi name and password given out is not correct but there is a note in the book that people write in regarding their stay with the correct info, so look there. There are notes in the book that they had contacted the property management regarding this issue with no results.*I had the main bedroom, the bed was awful. Sleep indentations are quite evident. The sheets are so thin and very, very pilled.*The other beds had some indentations as well but not as bad.*The liquid soap was even watered down.I did not contact the property management during my stay. I didn't feel they could solve the issues on the spot other than the sheets and soap.I have notified them of these complaints and I have photos to support all that I have said and offered them to the management company as well. Hopefully this will all be addressed and if addressed we would definitely stay there again.

Loved the house. Nicely decorated. A few suggestions though; give out the correct password information, supply more cups and bowls (if you sleep 6 people you should have enough dishes for six), need serving bowls and NEW sheets. Ours were thin and very pilled. Thank you! We had a great time.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to lead and not a far hop to Sturgis then this is the place for you. This property was super clean and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The kitchen was stocked with everything to make amazing meals and there is a hot tub on location which was amazing for relaxing at the end of a long work day.
