Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $474 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Now renting 2024! After a year off, our 2nd row full ocean view in the Islander Villa Community in Ocean Isle Beach, NC is ready to welcome you and your family/friends! We are a second row villa with no unit built in front of us on the first row, giving you a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes. We are one building over from the seasonal pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and Islander Clubhouse. We have a large covered deck with comfortable seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to ocean waves or a quiet lunch while a shrimp boat sails by. Get away from the hustle and bustle of busier beaches, while still having access to plentiful local restaurants, shopping, golfing, mini-golf, fishing piers, shopping, concerts, playgrounds, zip-lining, boat rentals, and other activities and wonderful Islander Villa amenities: seasonal pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day given no maintenance or events), hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar, & pickleball and tennis courts. The town of Ocean Isle also boasts a fabulous playground and splashpad for when you take a break from the waves. Enjoy the Friday night free concert series all Summer long! There are over 100 golf courses in the surrounding area and plenty of family-friendly restaurants and activities, including the newly remodeled OIB Park with splashpad, ziplines, pickleball/basketball court, playgrounds, covered picnic area, and more! The serenity of the white sandy beaches are waiting to welcome you and your family back when your adventurous spirit needs a break. You may even find yourself so enamored with the thousands of shells and beautiful waves that you sit back, relax, and enjoy the wonderful, slow beach life we love at Ocean Isle Beach. Beautiful updated lighting and floors welcome you as you enter the home. Our Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout allows for easy clean up and comfort underfoot. Lighting and fresh paint keep that beachy feel going even during your moments off the beach. You will truly relax when you visit A Wonderful Life! We offer a fully-stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and coffee maker, as well as all you need to make a home-cooked meal. All appliances are recently updated and easy to use. The huge updated fridge - large enough to store all your groceries for the week - includes an ice maker for cool drinks on hot days. A charcoal grill is also available for your favorite grill-master to utilize during your stay. (Please supply your own charcoal.) Each bedroom is a suite, with a full bath and a TV with Roku: -Bedroom 1 is a Master with a King, jetted tub, and dual sinks -Bedroom 2 is another Master with a king and full bath -Guest Bedroom #1 boasts 2 Queens, plus an ensuite with raised toilet for older guests. -Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 double beds and access to a bathroom that opens to the hallway. We keep a pack-n-play and portable booster seat on hand for the littlest travelers. Linens & towels are included with each rental but please bring your own beach towel and crib sheet if needed. There is available parking for up to 4 vehicles. We are a first floor condo with just a quick flight of stairs or a brief elevator ride up from the parking level. Your beach chairs and sand toys can be stored in the storage room marked A on the parking level - feel free to use the ones left behind by others!

Perfect family vacation rental.
We had a great time in the spacious and clean unit. Loved the covered Oceanside porch. We had plenty of room and the unit was clean. The proximity to the beach access was great. We enjoyed the Beach Club and pool.

First Family Beach Vacation
This property was perfect for our family of 9. The description could not have been more accurate. It was an easy walk to the pool where we also used the beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate in the majority of the week and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch with the ocean view was perfect for our early rising 2 year old while the teens slept in. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. We will definitely be back!

This unit was the perfect size for our family. It was close to other family members staying in another unit. The proximity to the beach access was good. It worked great for us for the week.

The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The deck furniture is comfortable and I love the swing. My elderly Mom and Dad could sit there easily and take in the view and enjoy the breeze and salt air. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Very clean and short walk to the beach. LOVE the deck swing..great spot for a glass of wine at night with the sound of the ocean and breeze. Communication with the owners from the beginning was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again. 5 stars ⭐️ So sad to be leaving. Love Ocean Isle!

This property is in a great location to the beach and pool. The condo is a good side and quite comfortable. The supplies are plenty for cooking and meals. Good place and owner , I would recommend it to others.

This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The elevator made it easy for us to get my 93 year old mother in and out of the house and out onto the back porch for an ocean view. She had her own bedroom and private bath that included a built in shower bench. The ocean porch had seating and two small tables that we used for our breakfasts. The porch also had a nice double swing chair and a lounge chair with cushions. House had a portable charcoal grill which we used out on the grass for some of our family dinners. We had extended family, so we rented two condos, and the proximity of the condos within the complex made it easy for everyone to get together while giving everyone the space we needed. The short (< 5 min) walk to the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

The beds were comfy and the furnishings and decor throughout were nice. The kitchen was by far the best appointed kitchen I have seen with extras like a crockpot, muffin tins and cake pans along with a lot of other items. Access to the beach was so close and felt very safe letting our older teenagers go to the beach on their own. The pool was nice and the tiki bar too but wish the hot tub would have been hot but that is part of Islander Resort so they must have had issues going on. A helpful tip to anyone that hasn’t been to Ocean Isle before there is only one way onto the island so Sat evening the traffic is horrible because the police have to direct it around the roundabouts. It took us 50 min to go 3 miles (we arrived around 5). Suggest arriving early and taking advantage of the pool passes or beach until the house is ready. The owners were awesome and Kelly was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Family Fun in the Sun
The property is comfortable, clean and beautiful. Absolutely loved relaxing on the deck (as nicely furnished as inside, comfortable seating for all nine of us and a great view of the ocean). Just a short and easy walk to beach and oceanfront pool. Already booked another stay. Property owners have been awesome!

The location of this property is perfect — gorgeous views from the back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture where you would want to spend most of your time. Short, easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed the condo for a girls getaway weekend but it would also be great for a family. Spacious open floor plan for us to enjoy hanging out. The communication with the property management team was wonderful. Not only did they offer frequent and fast communication but also were caring and helped us celebrate a birthday. Already trying to plan a trip back!

We were 6 houses from the wedding. Nicely appointed and plenty of room. Fabulous deck with an awesome view of the ocean. All of said we’d stay here again. Has a small wet bar as well which can be put to good use depending on the party :) Deck has a nice unobstructed view of the ocean above the dunes. Access to the beach is right around the corner. Description on VRBO is true to IRL! My party included my parents (82/72 yrs old) and one bathroom tub was low enough for my father to use comfortably, plus all showers have a seat in the other bathrooms.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location!
We've stayed at many condos in the Islander Villa community in the past, and this one by far is our favorite!! The unit is beautiful, well-stocked, and the beds are so comfortable! The views are breathtaking. I enjoyed every morning sitting on the porch in the sun, stretched out in the lounge chair, drinking my coffee and listening to the waves crashing. Very short walk to the beach. Owner is very nice and is great at communication. She was super accommodating when we accidentally left something in the condo and had to go back in after check out time to get it! Loved this property and will definitely be back!!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation at It's a Wonderful Life!

What a great space! Clean. Secure. Nicely appointed kitchen and a wonderful vibe throughout the condo. My group of best friends thoroughly enjoyed the porch and the unobstructed view of the beach. We will be back!!
