The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The breakfast each day was tasty - including pancakes, coffee and lassi. We did a cooking class at the hostel, which was such good fun and lots of food.

Good location to explore around Ella. The man is very kind that works there, I think he’s the owner. The cafe looks cute with a nice view.
My dorm was mixed and I shared it with 3 men. There was no lock on the bathroom door or front door which didn’t feel very safe for me as a female solo traveller. Also the bed frame had mold and reeked and everything in the room was damp. I understand that it’s hard to combat in such a climate and there was a ton of rain, but still, it was not really nice.
